"Mavis helped us look after our three fur babies for almost two weeks when we were overseas, she was extremely good with our kids keeping the fact that my eldest one is hard to mingle with, she is very responsible and responsive. Is very gentle with the fur-babies highly recommend her for taking care of pets.

"Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

"Denise is by far one of the best pet sitters that I’ve come across. She kept me updated with videos of feeding and interacting with my cat for every visit.
And my cat seems to look for attention from Denise, too after eating, asking to be pet and happy to be petted and pampered by her.
Since the portion of the wet food needs some adjustments as my cat’s appetite fluctuates, Denise is patient and flexible in her approach on a daily basis. We had an open line of communication daily during the visit.
She will be my top go-to pet sitter, and I would highly recommend Denise to take care of your fur kid."

"I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. Appreciate his level of communication and the care for our pets. We have two cats, and one has pretty bad separation anxiety so its important we find the right sitter.
Our anxious one barely acted up when we came back—which speaks to the level of care from Joel. "This is my first time getting a cat sitter for my cats and i am glad Edwina was my first cat sitter! Edwina sent photos of them everytime she comes and updates me regarding how much they’ve eaten which i really appreciate. She even checked on my automatic feeder to update me if i needed her to top it up without even asking! She’s also very communicative and respond to messages promptly. Even though at the start my cats are weary of her but i can see that they were slowly opening up to her at the end of the day. We came home to 4 very relaxed and happy kitties and I’m really glad that they’re well taken care of.
I will definitely recommend Edwina and engage her next time when i need! "

"I’m truly grateful for Cathy’s service. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and her ability to handle unexpected situations gave me great confidence in her. Without a doubt, I would use her service again.
What I appreciated the most was her detailed updates when unexpected situations arose. She kept me well informed, allowing us to respond together rather than feeling helpless from a distance.
To be honest, it took me a long time to trust a pet sitter again. For years, I avoided leaving my cat in anyone else’s care, even skipping trips with my family. A past experience made me realize that no matter how much someone loves animals, experience matters far more when it comes to pet sitting. That’s why I chose Cathy. Her experience with senior cats, especially administering IV fluids, was a key factor in my decision.
Cats are sensitive creatures, and no matter how well-prepared we are, there are always risks when leaving them in someone else’s care. "Great experience! She took excellent care of my cats, making sure feeding was on time and giving attention and care while I was away. On top of that, she helped with simple house cleaning like vacuuming, which made coming home even more pleasant. Everything was tidy, and my cat were happy and relaxed.
