She took excellent care of our two cats and kept us constantly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. She always made sure they had fresh water, a clean litter box, and spent time playing with them. She even took care of cleaning up the little messes our cats made during our absence. "My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"Love is a great help when I was away. My two cats take to her instantly, even Micky who is always shy around new people and would tend to hide under the sofa. She sends daily updates without fail in the forms of photos and videos, and spends time playing with my cats. On her last day, she also left some cat toys for the kitties, thanks! "Shan was absolutely amazing in taking care of my 16-year-old Cavapoo while I was away. At this age, my dog requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care, and Shan exceeded all expectations.
She was incredibly responsible, caring, and attentive throughout the entire time â making sure walks were comfortable, routines were followed closely, and my dog felt safe and loved at home. I could genuinely tell that Shan has a real love for animals, especially senior dogs.
On top of that, Shan also helped to take care of my 3 cats, even though she initially did not have prior experience with cats. What impressed me most was her willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to care for them properly. She took the initiative to help clear their litter, spend time playing with them, and ensure they were comfortable and well looked after too.
What gave me the most peace of mind was the regular updates and the way all my pets looked so calm and happy under her care. Itâs not easy trusting someone with elderly pets and multiple animals at home, but Shan handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience, and kindness.

"Durga connected well with my two cats from the start. She also administered daily oral medication (an additional work to mix crashed pill into wet food) and an inhaler for my asthmatic cat, which gave me real peace of mind.
During a medical emergency, she acted quickly, help to arrange an appointment and personally brought my cat to the animal hospital. She also put in the extra time, stayed behind during this period and helped with the communication between me and the vet. After that, she continued managing aftercare, including oral meds, close monitoring, and recovery support.
Iâm very grateful for her calm handling of a stressful situation and her efforts and time provided for my pets' wellbeing. I wouldnât hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and capable cat sitter. Thanks Durga!!"

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.
