"We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us. Mulia followed all instructions exactly, sent very detailed sweet video reports, and went an extra mile for our lonely cat. Thank you Mulia for giving her such a warm, loving care!"

"This is my first time using Pawshake and was abit nervous but Emily went above and beyond to take care of potato (my senior dog)!! When she first arrived, she notified me immediately that my dog had peed on the floor and there was a bit of blood. She helped to take photos and cleared everything promptly! This allowed me to quickly arrange a vet appointment at night with photos for the vet.
Potato is also not the most friendly with strangers but Emily was able to make her feel comfortable. She would also send updates with photos and videos of her playing with potato and updated me on her health ☺️ Thanks to her detailed eye, I was able to catch that potato had UTI and was able to quickly get it treated that day. Would highly recommend Emily to anyone else looking for a sitter and would be sure to pick her as potato’s sitter again (:"

"Siti was an amazing cat sitter! We hardly travel but really needed one this time and Siti was very responsive knowing how close our trip was coming up. While we were away, Siti made sure to keep us updated with photos and videos every single day. She also went the extra mile to play with our cats and I think they took our absence pretty well because of her. Siti was responsible and our house was in perfect condition when we came back, keys were intact and cats were happy. Couldn’t recommend more!"

"As we were scheduled to fly off for a nine-day holiday, my wife and I were very anxious about leaving our cat alone at home for the first time.
Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.

"Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D

"Yilin is such a caring cat sitter. One of our kitties is usually scared and takes time to warm up to someone but by the 2nd day he is already interacting with Yilin. "Not only taking care of our cat with sincere love, but Dean also looked after in many details and gave us even more helpful recommendations. "We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.

"I’m truly grateful for my cat sitter Yi Jia's care during my time away. She is patient, gentle, and attentive. She provided daily updates which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling.
