"We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"Rui De was a fantastic cat sitter. He came before i left to make sure he understood everything he needed to and planned out the requirments really well. everyday he updated me on my cat and provided some photos. "Rebecca did a wonderful job looking after my cat for 6 days. My cat is super unsociable and avoids all interaction with strangers, so it was challenging to establish a connection, yet Rebecca persevered and was very gentle and understanding of all my cat's idiosyncrasies. "Dione was absolute PURRRRRFECT! Beyond just singing her praises, what impressed us most was how smooth and well-structured her entire process was from start to finish.
1. Prior to our trip: Dione arranged a meet-and-greet to walk through everything. She took detailed notes not just on our instructions, but on Bleu’s specific preferences and routine, which gave us complete peace of mind before stepping out the door.
2. During the stay: Communication was top-notch. She kept us updated daily with a steady stream of photos, meal reports and mood updates. More importantly, she spent genuine quality time with Bleu: playing, comforting, talking, and even singing to her! Her experience and adaptability let Bleu adjust at her own pace, and she was comfortable with Dione within days (a huge deal as Bleu is afraid of strangers).
3. Post-arrangement: The final handoff and wrap-up were completely seamless, leaving everything in wonderful order for our return.
Dione’s end-to-end care made our trip totally worry-free. We will 100% engage her again and highly recommend her to anyone seeking an incredible pet sitter!"
