"It was a pleasure engaging Clement to care for our cat during our 1 week vacation.
All communication was clear, flexible, and prompt before the period, including the meet-and-greet and care instructions. Clement bonded instantly with the cat.
Our cat received excellent feeding / watering / litter change / petting, and the daily photo/video updates on Whatsapp were reassuring for us. The cat seems to be missing him now!

"Hanisah took care of my cats for about a week, and she was absolutely wonderful. My cats can be shy at first, but she was so patient and gentle with them. She didn’t give up on gaining their trust, and before long, they really warmed up to her—which honestly surprised me, since they’re usually quite reserved! She also gave me consistent updates with messages,pictures and videos, which really put my mind at ease while I was away. On top of that, she helped with little tasks like gently cleaning their eyes and furballs. I could tell she genuinely cared for them. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive catsitter!"

"Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner.
