"I went on my holiday with complete peace of mind knowing my 2 boys were in Sherri’s care. She is a warm, friendly, and genuinely caring person who truly understands cats. She followed all my instructions carefully and even went the extra mile for my super introverted cat. She tried different approaches, like stepping out for a walk to give him privacy so he would feel comfortable enough to eat. She also helped to water my plants. I’m really grateful for her patience and thoughtfulness, and I wouldn’t hesitate to trust her with my cats again."

"It was a pleasure engaging Clement to care for our cat during our 1 week vacation.
All communication was clear, flexible, and prompt before the period, including the meet-and-greet and care instructions. Clement bonded instantly with the cat.
Our cat received excellent feeding / watering / litter change / petting, and the daily photo/video updates on Whatsapp were reassuring for us. The cat seems to be missing him now!

"Wen Hao has been a great help in taking care for my dog. He will provide constant update to put our mind at ease and I can see that my dog is very happy with him. He even went through extra miles to help us with some miscellaneous stuffs that he feel will be more conducive for my dog, since we will be away for long. As my dog is getting old in age, he will tends to be a little slow and Wen hao is very patient with him. Appreciate greatly!"

"Bam is such a responsible cat sitter. It’s my first time to have a cat sitter to take care of my 2 cats while I was traveling. Bam was so responsive to my requests. After sending a request in pawshake, she immediately contacted me and scheduled an informal meet with me. This really impressed me and showed me her enthusiasm at this request. We had a very great talk with each other during the informal meet and shared a lot about being cat mama. During the visits to my home, she always sent me updates about my cats every visit, which again gained my trusts in her. In addition to feeding and cat littering, she also spent a great deal of time playing with my cats. She also shared a lot of her experiences in terms of medical knowledge and also did researches herself about the medical conditions of my cats. She is even more experienced than me as an owner. So lucky to have Bam as my kitty companion while I was away."
