"June and Woon were absolutely wonderful cat sitters for our two kittens who have not been left alone before. They very clearly loved our cats - and cats in general - and were very tailored in their treatment of our kittens. "Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. "Truly a lifesaver. I'd vetted through profiles from Pawshake and Petbacker (which was confusing to me). I also had a flight in 2 days and couldn't find someone reliable that fit our profile - thank god Pat was available.
As it was our first time engaging a pet sitter, she was super accommodating and understanding, and arranged for a meet and greet the night before. We went through the kitties' quirks and feeding schedules, and she took careful notes on what her sequence should be like when she comes over too.
My favourite part was getting pic and vid updates on their food, poop and also super cute pics of the kitties. We could tell they were well taken care of and in good hands, as the kitties were always posing for their pics w bellies up for her hahaha.
One thing to commend on was her genuine concern for the cats. As one of our cats has a heart condition, Pat stayed around and made sure she ate, despite Mira being fussy with food, and her having to wait around a bit more for her food to defrost.
When we came back, the kitties were calm and chill. No separation anxieties or behaviours out of the norm. I attributed that largely to her calming and loving presence w the kitties. Thank you Pat for looking after them like they're your own <3

"The initial meetup went well and Josh was able to get Vegas to get close to him quite instantly.
Throughout this period, Vegas has received great care and fun from Josh’s house visits. After bringing Vegas for his walks, Josh helps to feed Vegas, clean his pee after food and spends extra time playing and petting Vegas. He sends videos and pictures updates every visit. I get to see that Vegas is doing well. This makes me feel assured and able to enjoy my time away. Josh and his partner sometimes visits/walks Vegas together and I really appreciate the both of them! I can feel that they have that love for dogs. Josh goes the extra mile to take care of my dog. When I came home last night and met Vegas in his lively being, I knew he is happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a petsitter/walker! "

"Pamela is an emphatic and experienced pet sitter. She was very kind and loving to my elderly cat of 18 years. Her years of experience with nursing and caring for animals clearly showed in the way she was able to give my cat sub-cut injections and oral medications. In addition, Pamela was very understanding when we had to cut our trip short and did not need her service for the stipulated period, and even advised that we communicate this to Paw Shake so that we pay only for the service rendered. We are so grateful to have found Pamela and will definitely like for her to care for our cat again in future. Thank you so much for the good job."

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. "Isabel came over for a meet and greet in advance, so that I could explain instructions in person and get to know her. During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"

"Beatriz was a type of sitter I've been looking for. She took care of my bunny as if he was hers (she used to have a bunny, too) spending lot of time talking, petting and playing with him even her home was quite far away.
It only took us a while via Pawshake.com to reach to agree as I originally asked her twice a day then she understood once a day and not everyday was also fine but we had frequent communication once connected via Whatsapp (more than necessary but for fun!) .
She gave me peace in my mind as only one of my regular sitter was available so that I had to leave with new sitters (total of 4 as a team) when we had meet and greet for her attentiveness, care and passion. My bunny was always waiting for her visit as he changes attitude depending on sitter and tells me during the video call if he likes the sitter or not. He was going around her which means he liked her a lot.
I'd definitely recommend her to any pet owner who looks for quality of care. Thank you so much!"

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.
