"Truly a lifesaver. I'd vetted through profiles from Pawshake and Petbacker (which was confusing to me). I also had a flight in 2 days and couldn't find someone reliable that fit our profile - thank god Pat was available.
As it was our first time engaging a pet sitter, she was super accommodating and understanding, and arranged for a meet and greet the night before. We went through the kitties' quirks and feeding schedules, and she took careful notes on what her sequence should be like when she comes over too.
My favourite part was getting pic and vid updates on their food, poop and also super cute pics of the kitties. We could tell they were well taken care of and in good hands, as the kitties were always posing for their pics w bellies up for her hahaha.
One thing to commend on was her genuine concern for the cats. As one of our cats has a heart condition, Pat stayed around and made sure she ate, despite Mira being fussy with food, and her having to wait around a bit more for her food to defrost.
When we came back, the kitties were calm and chill. No separation anxieties or behaviours out of the norm. I attributed that largely to her calming and loving presence w the kitties. Thank you Pat for looking after them like they're your own <3

"Tina was an excellent caretaker for our cat while we were away for five weeks. She is conscientious, very caring, and responsive. Unfortunately the day we left, our cat got sick and we couldn’t bring him to the vet. Tina handled the visit with the utmost care and professionalism, reliably administering his medication routine throughout our time away. We will definitely look to hire her again in the future. "Jiaying is extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure our pets were comfortable and happy. She is completely reliable and responsible, having her own pets that she loves and cares for.
She provided regular updates (one of our dogs had wound that needed delicate care) and took care of everything they needed and more, so we could be completely stress-free while leaving our pets with her!

"Durga connected well with my two cats from the start. She also administered daily oral medication (an additional work to mix crashed pill into wet food) and an inhaler for my asthmatic cat, which gave me real peace of mind.
During a medical emergency, she acted quickly, help to arrange an appointment and personally brought my cat to the animal hospital. She also put in the extra time, stayed behind during this period and helped with the communication between me and the vet. After that, she continued managing aftercare, including oral meds, close monitoring, and recovery support.
I’m very grateful for her calm handling of a stressful situation and her efforts and time provided for my pets' wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and capable cat sitter. Thanks Durga!!"

"Jianxiong is a great sitter. He and my cat got along very well since Day 1, so I knew I my cat was is good hands. Jianxiong pays attention to details about what my cat needs, likes or dislikes, and even reminded me what I'm running out of cat food. My cat can be a bit messy, leaving a little bit of cat sand or paper bits from the scratcher here and there but I noticed that my place is clean when I'm back (thank you!).
I'm particularly impressed by how he managed to train my cat to get used to being brushed. She normally doesn't like being brushed but after a few days under Jianxiong's care, my cat actually enjoys her hairbrushing time."

"Kari is a super awesome pet caretaker. She possesses a genuine love for the animals and it shows vividly thru her daily interactions with my 2 huskies (via WhatsApp videos/photos). Kari is also quick to alert me to 'unusual' behaviours of my doggies to seek timely clarifications/follow-up actions. This is much appreciated. She also has the daunting task of 'displacing' the giant poo of my 2 huskies to another corner of the garden as 'natural recyclable fertiliser '. She did so without any grouchy complaints. "Thank you Farah for taking care of Ginger my 16 years old golden retriever and my 5 years old border collie Lily. I could go for my vacation without any worry. Thank you for taking my golden for her walks on her wheelchair. Thank you for giving her cuddle time even if it was midnight and staying by side till she fell asleep. "June and Woon were absolutely wonderful cat sitters for our two kittens who have not been left alone before. They very clearly loved our cats - and cats in general - and were very tailored in their treatment of our kittens.
