"Dione exhibited genuine concerns right at the start even before the decision to engage her was made. She asked relevant questions that turned out to be of great help in preparation of the checklists on the caregiving. Dione paid attention to every details that was given to her. She took such great care of the dogs and updated promptly photos and videos of the dogs that provided the sense of assurance. Highly recommended her and will engage her in future needs. "

"Jonathan was an immense help during my recent trip overseas in taking care of my cat Kobe. He is meticulous, responsible, assuring, and most importantly of all he genuinely cares for my cat! He brought his own treats to give Kobe and accommodated my last minute late night request. Also appreciated that he sent pictures and videos. He got along with my usually shy cat very well! "I needed help securing my sick but still feisty cat for a visit to the vet & Ben was most obliging & happy to help! He was punctual, capable & a calming presence, which really helped as I was somewhat stressed due to past difficulty with said cat … I’d recommend Ben & would readily engage his help again! "

"Alex is a fantastic, attentive, and caring doggie sitter/companion to my 2 huskies during my 6-day presence. She texted me regularly to update me on their status, especially their appetite. Clearly, they didn't miss me and still ate like a bull. Photos and a video were also attached to her update to give me peace of mind. I also appreciate the fact that she took them out for a walk; which she didn't have to. Lastly, I am heartened that she took note of the rusty leash on one of my huskies as well as a rusty pole near the feeding area. Overall, I am very happy with her service and will not hesitate to engage her to doggie-sit my huskies again when the need arises again. Thank you. "

"Isabel came over for a meet and greet in advance, so that I could explain instructions in person and get to know her. During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"

"We had an at-most wonderful experience with Eileen. First of all, she genuinely LOVES dogs. She’s also an dog trainer. What can you expect out of that ? = the very best dog sitter available. She was also very helpful, sincere, kind, professional, and kept us up to date during our vacation. We could tell from the photos and videos that our 2 dogs were more than happy to be with her.
