"Jonathan was an immense help during my recent trip overseas in taking care of my cat Kobe. He is meticulous, responsible, assuring, and most importantly of all he genuinely cares for my cat! He brought his own treats to give Kobe and accommodated my last minute late night request. Also appreciated that he sent pictures and videos. He got along with my usually shy cat very well! "This was the first time for my cat with Sylvia and she was wonderful with him! With each passing day, I could see in the photos and videos that he came to trust Sylvia and to really enjoy her visits.
She provided timely updates, and was diligent in following my instructions regarding feedings, air con settings, etc. Really appreciated this dependable and lovely lady caring for our cat. Highly recommend!"

"Isabel came over for a meet and greet in advance, so that I could explain instructions in person and get to know her. During the week, she kept me updated with photos of my dogs during her visits and arrival/departure times, which was very helpful. She brought toys for my dog to play with as well. Will book again!"

"Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

"Jie Qiang is a very committed cat sitter as he constantly reached out to me for a meet so as to get to know my cats and the general to-do-lists. He is very humble and open to my suggestions about how to do stuff. We text a lot as he is very responsive. Never before have I felt so relieved leaving my cats until I met Jie Qiang. "Wen was such a big help for us during our vacation. She took care of our cat with love, as if he is her pet.
She spent time with our cat much longer than I asked and she also quickly replied our messages so we had no worries at all. She sent us many pictures and videos of our cat in each visit so we enjoyed watching it too.
She also visited us beforehand so it was easy for us to explain her what to do.
