"Wen was such a big help for us during our vacation. She took care of our cat with love, as if he is her pet.
She spent time with our cat much longer than I asked and she also quickly replied our messages so we had no worries at all. She sent us many pictures and videos of our cat in each visit so we enjoyed watching it too.
She also visited us beforehand so it was easy for us to explain her what to do.
We will definitely ask her next time too."

"My pup, Mochi had a great time with Jean. Jean managed to teach him a trick during the pet sitting session! She is very diligent - she dropped in to meet Mochi and ask appropriate questions to make sure that she understands Mochi before the actual pet sitting day and of course regular updates with photos.
I am also very grateful that she is accommodating.

"Qian is an excellent cat sitter! She cares deeply for your cat, is very responsive to messages and proactively sends you messages with pictures/videos of how the cat is getting along. My cat can be a handful and she was still able to clip his nails and make him feel calm around her. She's also very attuned to the cat's wellbeing and let me know when Biru was showing signs of sickness or loss of appetite. Could not recommend more strongly!"

"Dione exhibited genuine concerns right at the start even before the decision to engage her was made. She asked relevant questions that turned out to be of great help in preparation of the checklists on the caregiving. Dione paid attention to every details that was given to her. She took such great care of the dogs and updated promptly photos and videos of the dogs that provided the sense of assurance. Highly recommended her and will engage her in future needs. "

"Jen places our mind at ease when we hired her. Our experience with pet sitters is almost zero and we have no form of expectations or experiences. Our key priority was the well being of our pets and Jen placed a great sense of assurance for us. She adhered to the timings given and created a peaceful,safe and caring environment for the pets and left the house with care. We enjoyed her services as she spent extra time to be with the pets whenever she could and snap photos to update us on their behaviours. Her meticulous care for our pets was absolutely amazing. "Sabrina took great care of our two kittens and our home. She sent us daily updates with pictures and video and it was easy to set everything up as she replies to messages quickly. There is a real feel that she likes being around the animals and knows they are important family members as well as have their own personalities.
