"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. On top of that, she took initiative beyond pet care by helping tidy up the house, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
I highly recommend Diyana to anyone looking for a responsible, proactive, and caring pet sitter. 5/5—would definitely book her again!"

"Amy has helped us take care of our two cats during our overseas travel in past few days. She did a great job during the visits and both our two cats quite like her.

"Vijay recently took care of my two cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, communication was fantastic – prompt and responsive. I received thoughtful updates, photos, little notes that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. He even shared observations on their behaviour, mood and body language. That kind of attention and keen eye was a first for me! Even when he came in to meet my cats they went to him promptly and were comfortably curious, including my generally shy and skittish one. One of my cats requires daily medication, and it was such a relief knowing it was handled with care and consistency.
Both my kitties looked so happy, comfortable, and well-cared-for when I returned – it was clear they had been given not just the essentials, but also real attention and affection. Finding someone you can truly trust with your pets is priceless, and I feel lucky to have found such a genuine sitter. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive pet sitter. I cannot recommend Vijay enough! "

"My cat is very cautious and doesn’t warm up to people easily. So, without high expectations, I just looked for a cat sitter who could take care of my cat, and Mingli was perfect. I never expected my cat to wait for Mingli, follow her around, or even communicate with her, as that’s never happened before. But Mingli is truly a special cat sitter, and she made it happen! She is an amazing sitter, and I highly recommend her!"

There is no issue at all having her taking care of my 2 kittens and 1 adult cat while I am away for vacation for a week.
Though my adult cat is shy, but the two kittens do enjoy her company.

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!

"Delia and her partner are excellent cat sitters. My 3 cats warmed up to them immediately and were very well taken care of. I received prompt updates after each visit. I came back to a very clean house so I’m sure they also cleaned up after the cats, which they really did not have to do. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely book them again. "

"I engaged Lynn to take care of my two doggies (one senior toy poodle of 12 years and one maltipoo of 3 years old) for two days. Lynn is incredibly attentive and showed great care and dedication in looking after my dogs. She followed all my instructions meticulously, ensuring both dogs were well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
Lynn's communication was excellent; she provided regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my fur babies were in good hands. She was also very gentle and patient with my senior poodle, understanding the extra care needed due to his age.
I highly recommend Lynn for her professionalism, compassion, and reliability. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were well-cared for.
