"Zi is a responsible sitter and took good care of our two cats while we were away! This is our second time engaging his services. He follows our detailed instructions and would check in with us if there is anything he is unsure of. He would also provide us with photo and video updates. Our cats were kept comfortable and well fed, and our home is kept clean. He would also try to interact with our shy cat without making her feel overwhelmed 🙂 Would engage his help again when we’re away!"

"Sippy, Simba and I are so extremely fortunate to have Val help out during my overseas trip. From the start she was great to communicate with, and already from the first meeting the kitties warmed to her. It only got better during the time she looked after them, and her warmth and care was evident. She managed the cats’ different diets, timing and quirks with no fuss and with lots of patience. She administered medicine (injections and transdermal) as well. She’s a star and we are so grateful!!!"

"Beatriz was a type of sitter I've been looking for. She took care of my bunny as if he was hers (she used to have a bunny, too) spending lot of time talking, petting and playing with him even her home was quite far away.
It only took us a while via Pawshake.com to reach to agree as I originally asked her twice a day then she understood once a day and not everyday was also fine but we had frequent communication once connected via Whatsapp (more than necessary but for fun!) .
She gave me peace in my mind as only one of my regular sitter was available so that I had to leave with new sitters (total of 4 as a team) when we had meet and greet for her attentiveness, care and passion. My bunny was always waiting for her visit as he changes attitude depending on sitter and tells me during the video call if he likes the sitter or not. He was going around her which means he liked her a lot.
I'd definitely recommend her to any pet owner who looks for quality of care. Thank you so much!"

He listened carefully to all my instructions—from feeding and walks to managing the air conditioning. He also took the time to explain his services clearly. It was obvious that he truly cares about animals. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in his care. Thank you so much!"

"Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."
