"Sippy, Simba and I are so extremely fortunate to have Val help out during my overseas trip. From the start she was great to communicate with, and already from the first meeting the kitties warmed to her. It only got better during the time she looked after them, and her warmth and care was evident. She managed the cats’ different diets, timing and quirks with no fuss and with lots of patience. She administered medicine (injections and transdermal) as well. She’s a star and we are so grateful!!!"

"Whenever we need a dog walker/sitter we immediately think of Alden. Each time he has been consistent, considerate, and super communicative. Our dog also LOVES Alden. We can see from his updates that she is happy and safe in his care. Alden also makes the effort to take note of any new routines, changes, and instructions we give him and he follows through very competently. We have really appreciated having Alden care for our dog whether it’s a quick walk and feed while we’re busy with work or unable to get home in time to when we’re away on holiday - Alden has been reliable in any situation."

"Zi is a responsible sitter and took good care of our two cats while we were away! This is our second time engaging his services. He follows our detailed instructions and would check in with us if there is anything he is unsure of. He would also provide us with photo and video updates. Our cats were kept comfortable and well fed, and our home is kept clean. "Had to make a last minute booking and Edvarcl was very accommodating. Offered to treat him to a meal as a thank you, but he actually refused as he didn’t want to leave Ollie alone, which I really appreciated. Saw how he conducts his walks as well, and he was very alert and careful. He also alerted me that Ollie’s poops have been a bit concerning — again, above and beyond. Ollie seems to really like him, and it’s clear Ed treats him like his own. Ollie has run of the whole house, so I know he’ll have as much attention as he wants.
I was quite lucky that Ed was able to accommodate me at the last minute. He really does only look after one pet at a time (or at most, multiple pets but from the same owner), so I’d recommend booking early if you can to secure your dates. Overall, I think it’s great value and still much preferred to sitters who handle multiple pets."

"Duang is excellent. Recently I had a business trip and I got Duang to manage all the medications etc for my 17-year-old dong. He needs a few meds every day and getting them into him is not easy. On one of the nights, whilst I was away, Wang fell sick and I messaged Duang if she could go and get some meds into him. She woke up and rushed to our place and looked after Wang Wang and stayed with him for a long time. When I called her she said, " He will be better before you are back." And that built my trust and faith in her. She is going to be a great vet who understands the importance of not just treatment but also care ."
