"First time using Candice as our cat sitter and we were very pleased with her overall service. We had good communication from the beginning and whilst we were away we had regular updates and she seemed to gel quickly with our cats. One of our cats does have some health problems so Candice took extra time with her which we were grateful for. She made sure the place was kept tidy and followed all our instructions. Will definitely be booking Candice again for future trips. "

"I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "
