She took excellent care of our two cats and kept us constantly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. She always made sure they had fresh water, a clean litter box, and spent time playing with them. She even took care of cleaning up the little messes our cats made during our absence. Gee is extremely reliable, caring, and attentive â we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy cat sitter!"

"Iâm very happy with the care my cats received! She is responsible and attentive â she updated with detailed messages about my catsâ conditions and routines, which gave me great peace of mind while I was away. She also shared videos of her playing with them, and it was clear they were relaxed and happy in her care. I could tell my cats were well looked after, both physically and emotionally. "My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"Sylvia is friendly, attentive and follow instruction very well.
There is no issue at all having her taking care of my 2 kittens and 1 adult cat while I am away for vacation for a week.
Though my adult cat is shy, but the two kittens do enjoy her company.
She updated me daily whenever she dropped by.

"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasnât the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!
They were neat and tidy, cleaned the litter tray, and spent time playing with Luna. We especially appreciated the daily updates, clear communication, and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind.
