"XC was amazing and kept us constantly updated, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our cats. One of them required medication, and XC did an excellent job handling it — not an easy task, as the cat can be quite challenging. He was incredibly patient and creative in finding ways to make it work. We truly appreciated his care, dedication, and problem-solving approach."

She provided regular updates (one of our dogs had wound that needed delicate care) and took care of everything they needed and more, so we could be completely stress-free while leaving our pets with her!

"This is my first time using Pawshake and was abit nervous but Emily went above and beyond to take care of potato (my senior dog)!! When she first arrived, she notified me immediately that my dog had peed on the floor and there was a bit of blood. She helped to take photos and cleared everything promptly! This allowed me to quickly arrange a vet appointment at night with photos for the vet.
Potato is also not the most friendly with strangers but Emily was able to make her feel comfortable. She would also send updates with photos and videos of her playing with potato and updated me on her health ☺️ Thanks to her detailed eye, I was able to catch that potato had UTI and was able to quickly get it treated that day. Would highly recommend Emily to anyone else looking for a sitter and would be sure to pick her as potato’s sitter again (:"

"I engaged Lynn to take care of my two doggies (one senior toy poodle of 12 years and one maltipoo of 3 years old) for two days. Lynn is incredibly attentive and showed great care and dedication in looking after my dogs. She followed all my instructions meticulously, ensuring both dogs were well-fed, comfortable, and happy.
Lynn's communication was excellent; she provided regular updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my fur babies were in good hands. She was also very gentle and patient with my senior poodle, understanding the extra care needed due to his age.
I highly recommend Lynn for her professionalism, compassion, and reliability. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my dogs were well-cared for. In her recent visit, she took a video of how my dogs were excited to see her came. The reaction from my dogs definitely proves that she took really good care of them and they loves her a lot. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. "Natasha comes across as an amiable and caring pet-sitter. She genuinely showed concern over my furbabies, especially for Muezza and Rayyan when informed that they had just recovered from their infection.
She reassured me throughout the pet-sitting period, sending me pictures and updating me on how all of my furbabies are doing. Even got the most fiesty and anti-social one to be loving and cuddly towards her and her partner!
