"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.
Daniel is extremely patient, conscientious and communicative. We would trust our pets with him again."

"Bhavya looked after my two cats while I was travelling, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better petsitter. She was incredibly prompt with communication from the start and consistently shared thoughtful photos and videos that gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared and was paying close attention to how my cats were doing.
What I really appreciated was how invested Bhavya was in their happiness. She made sure they had plenty of playtime, kept them well groomed, fed them food and wheatgrass, and took the time to engage with them so they felt comfortable and relaxed. On rainy days, she spent extra time to make sure my cats were comforted during loud thunders.
When I came home, the litter boxes were clean, both of my cats were calm, happy, and their appetites were definitely much better.
I would absolutely book her when I travel again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and genuinely attentive pet sitter."

"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. Wei went beyond the call of duty to ensure Dolly had unbroken attention at this time as well as an uninterrupted supply of her favourite food! I would highly recommend Wei. She is a confident, caring and reliable sitter with a heart of gold."

Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.

"I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
Lynette kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which really reassured me while I was away. She went above and beyond, even helping to clear up some cat vomit when my cat had an accident—something I truly appreciated!
She was punctual, trustworthy, and treated my cat with so much care and affection. It’s clear she has a real passion for animals and a great understanding of how to make them feel comfortable. My cat seemed so happy and well cared for, and it was such a relief knowing that Lynette was there.

"Sabrina helped to come to my house and take care of my cat while I was away on vacation for 2.5 weeks. She was very communicative and attentive to my cat, Fox. He started to have diarrhea from the dry food and Sabrina helped to clean up, changed his feeding schedule and monitor him. It was a relief to have someone like her looking after him and sending me updates regularly. I highly recommend her to look after your fur babies if you need to be away. "

"Jianxiong is a great sitter. He and my cat got along very well since Day 1, so I knew I my cat was is good hands. Jianxiong pays attention to details about what my cat needs, likes or dislikes, and even reminded me what I'm running out of cat food. My cat can be a bit messy, leaving a little bit of cat sand or paper bits from the scratcher here and there but I noticed that my place is clean when I'm back (thank you!).
I'm particularly impressed by how he managed to train my cat to get used to being brushed. She normally doesn't like being brushed but after a few days under Jianxiong's care, my cat actually enjoys her hairbrushing time."

"At first I was very skeptical for engaging pet sitter.
But after reading all the review from their past customer + the no. of recurring customer who have engaged them I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that my cat was comfortable with Noran during the meet & greet.
As this is my first time leaving my 4months old cat at home and I’m so worry at first but Nisa & Noran have done a good job by updating me daily with photos and video their interaction with my cat, maintain the cleanliness during their visit which makes me to have a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday with my family.
They also have share lots of information to me about cat well-being and also share some recommendation of vet as this is my first time to own a cat.
Highly recommended for those who are looking for trusted and reliable cat sitter and will definitely engage them again in future.
