"Kari is a super awesome pet caretaker. She possesses a genuine love for the animals and it shows vividly thru her daily interactions with my 2 huskies (via WhatsApp videos/photos). Kari is also quick to alert me to 'unusual' behaviours of my doggies to seek timely clarifications/follow-up actions. This is much appreciated. She also has the daunting task of 'displacing' the giant poo of my 2 huskies to another corner of the garden as 'natural recyclable fertiliser '. She did so without any grouchy complaints. In short, I would not hesitate to engage her service again in the near future. Kari is truly a 5-star pet caretaker!!!!"

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.
Daniel is extremely patient, conscientious and communicative. We would trust our pets with him again."

"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. "I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
Lynette kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which really reassured me while I was away. She went above and beyond, even helping to clear up some cat vomit when my cat had an accident—something I truly appreciated!
She was punctual, trustworthy, and treated my cat with so much care and affection. It’s clear she has a real passion for animals and a great understanding of how to make them feel comfortable. My cat seemed so happy and well cared for, and it was such a relief knowing that Lynette was there.

"We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us. "This is my first time using Pawshake and was abit nervous but Emily went above and beyond to take care of potato (my senior dog)!! When she first arrived, she notified me immediately that my dog had peed on the floor and there was a bit of blood. She helped to take photos and cleared everything promptly! This allowed me to quickly arrange a vet appointment at night with photos for the vet.
Potato is also not the most friendly with strangers but Emily was able to make her feel comfortable. She would also send updates with photos and videos of her playing with potato and updated me on her health ☺️ Thanks to her detailed eye, I was able to catch that potato had UTI and was able to quickly get it treated that day. Would highly recommend Emily to anyone else looking for a sitter and would be sure to pick her as potato’s sitter again (:"
