"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"Zhi Quan and Zi Huan did a great job ensuring that my 3 cats were cared for well while we were away for 2 weeks. They sent lots of pictures and videos as well as updates on their behaviours. Really eased our worries on how the cats are doing. They showered them with lots of love while they adjusted to their new temporary routine. We will definitely be happy to engage them again!"

"Maple was an amazing pet sitter! She followed all our instructions very carefully and was very precise and attentive when taking care of our pets. You can really tell that she is experienced and knows what she’s doing.

"Nadia is such an amazing pet sitter. My family and I are very grateful for the care that she provided towards our Momo. My family and I decided on a pet sitter instead of a pet hotel as we wanted Momo to have space to roam around and not leave her in an unfamiliar place for days.
We were initially worried for the first 2 days as Momo can be difficult to deal with at times, and this is the first time we are leaving her for a holiday. But Nadia assured us that she is well taken care of. We got photo and video updates each visit, and Nadia communicates really well with me, which eases a lot of my worries. I felt confident that Momo was in good care for the rest of my trip.
Nadia was attentive towards Momo, despite her being unfriendly towards Nadia (sorry Nadia for her behaviour 😭). The house was also clean as Nadia helped to vacuum too.
I am highly recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is just simply amazing. Thank you Nadia so so so so much for the great care you have given Momo and the ease of mind to my family and I 🩷"

"Sippy, Simba and I are so extremely fortunate to have Val help out during my overseas trip. From the start she was great to communicate with, and already from the first meeting the kitties warmed to her. It only got better during the time she looked after them, and her warmth and care was evident. She managed the cats’ different diets, timing and quirks with no fuss and with lots of patience.
