"I cannot recommend Qian enough! She went above and beyond while caring for our pets during our overseas trip. Not only did she take great initiative in adjusting the food requirements to suit our pets’ needs, but she also handled a very challenging situation with incredible patience and dedication.
Our pets are elderly and accustomed to an unconventional way of relieving themselves on newspapers, which can create a strong stench and be quite inconvenient to manage. Despite this, she willingly took on the task of clearing the soiled papers every visit, something that truly exceeded our expectations.
What impressed us most was her professionalism and attention to detail. She sent pictures before and after every visit, giving us complete peace of mind and assurance that everything was well taken care of. She was responsive, accommodating, and fulfilled all our requests without hesitation.

"Emily did a great job taking care of our 2 cats when we went on a 10 day holiday. She was meticulous and very concerned about our cats' well being and even suggested adding water to our cats' wet food to encourage more water drinking. She gave us daily detailed updates with photos and videos, and made effort to play with our cats each day. Our cats also really liked and feel comfortable around her. "Definitely one of the best pet sitters! My cats pooped and puked on the floor, prolly due of stress since i was away, keth took photos, updated me and cleaned it up.
She also helped vacuum litter that went out of the tray.
Her updates came with photos of my cats and that was very reassuring for me as pet owner who is overseas.
Keth also asked questions when she took up the job in short notice which assured me that she is very detailed and proactive.
