"Joey is phenomenal! We couldn't have been luckier or more grateful to find her. She is a responsible, kind, generous, and extremely attentive person. Our dog and cat both adored her and were in excellent care while we were out of town. Joey is incredibly responsive and sends lots of texts, photos, and videos when she visits. She clearly communicates her plans, shares her timeline, and makes you feel like you're with your pets even when you can't be. We felt very reassured and comfortable knowing that Joey was caring for our pets. "Without Desiree, my trip would not have been possible. I knew after meeting her that she was someone I could trust, not just with my cat but also with my home. She read the notes I prepared ahead of time and listened attentively to my needs and concerns, and even took down her own notes.
While on my trip she took great care of my cat, quickly earning her trust and love, and also sent me many messages and photos which helped me rest easy the whole week. I was very worried at first but as every day passed, Desiree helped to comfort both my cat and me and before I knew it, it was time to go home. I can tell she really loves animals and my cat took quickly took a liking to her as well. Would definitely engage her again and highly recommend her to anyone!"

"Ai Tong has been such a great help to us during our recent trip! I was already sold from the meet-and-greet session — my dogs, who can be a little too friendly at times, didn’t intimidate her one bit. She stayed calm, took notes on what to do and look out for, and even asked thoughtful questions to make sure she understood everything from our sharing.
Since it was our first time engaging external help for their meals, we started with breakfast visits while we were away. Every morning, she updated us on how the dogs were doing. When they messed up the pee pad area, she cleaned it up nicely and left the space spotless. The dogs clearly enjoyed her company too — you can tell they felt comfortable and happy around her.
We’ll definitely recommend her service, and she’ll be our go-to again the next time we travel!

"Tracy is the best cat sitter ever. She thankfully managed to fit us into her busy schedule, and we were so glad she did. She’s experienced and knowledgeable with cats, and was a wonderful caretaker for our lovely Mochi, treating him like he was her own. Mochi is really active and playful especially for his breed, and so Tracy managed to incorporate lots and lots of playtime into her house visits. Tracy also sent us lots of photos and videos of Mochi, so we still felt connected to him even when we were away. Her love and passion for animals, especially cats, really shone through for us in the way she played and interacted with Mochi, and Mochi definitely was splendidly taken care of in our absence.
