"As someone who had to engage a pet sitter for the first time, I was anxious about leaving my cats with another caretaker. Thankfully, getting to know Faith eased my worries. When I first contacted Faith, she arranged a meet-and-greet, which I truly appreciated. She visited my flat to familiarise herself with my cats and their environment. Faith also reassured me by offering tips and advice on ensuring a smooth pet-sitting process while being flexible enough to accommodate my needs and requirements.
When it came to pet-sitting, Faith met my expectations. She took excellent care of the cats and their needs, providing up-to-date photographs and videos of them and their food bowls. She also interacted with my cats and left the flat clean. Her visits were regular and consistent around the same time, helping my cats adjust to the temporary routine. Although one of my cats was shy, Faith was patient and made efforts to ensure she ate and was comfortable.
Overall, my experience with Faith has been pleasant. I am confident about leaving my cats with her in the future and recommend her to anyone considering hiring a pet sitter for the first time. "We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.
We felt completely at ease knowing our mr munchlo was in such good hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to engage her again or recommend her to anyone looking for loving, dependable pet care.

"I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.

"Sudir and Thulasi exceeded our expectations when we booked them for home visits during our time on vacation. Our 2 cats warmed to them straight away during the meet and greet, so we knew they would be in good hands. Communication was excellent and we received daily photos/videos which really put our minds at ease while we were away. We will definitely be booking them again in the future."

"This is my first time getting a cat sitter for my cats and i am glad Edwina was my first cat sitter! Edwina sent photos of them everytime she comes and updates me regarding how much they’ve eaten which i really appreciate. She even checked on my automatic feeder to update me if i needed her to top it up without even asking! She’s also very communicative and respond to messages promptly. Even though at the start my cats are weary of her but i can see that they were slowly opening up to her at the end of the day. We came home to 4 very relaxed and happy kitties and I’m really glad that they’re well taken care of.
I will definitely recommend Edwina and engage her next time when i need! "

"Carmen is an excellent cat sitter. My friendly cat took to her immediately, and she was able to draw out my very shy cat after only a few days. She sent daily updates to us during our whole trip, and even checked to be sure we were indeed on our way home on our planned day of return. She cleaned up after my messy cats, made sure they had food and fresh water, gave them pets and belly rubs, kindly took friendly one out on a leash for his daily walkabouts, and watered my plants when needed. My cats (and plants) - who are now spoiled by her lovely care 😻 - highly recommend Carmen."

"Clara is simply the sweetest and most caring pet sitter you can ever meet.
Right from our first meet up, one of my two girl cats has already warmed up to her. Clara took down notes as we explained and we felt very comfortable with her. However, we were also worried to leave them at home because they have never been with a cat sitter before.
But Clara really did an awesome job. She provided daily updates through pictures and videos even though some of the time I could not reply to her immediately. My wife and I would look through those videos at the end of the day because we really missed them and it felt really good knowing that my two cats enjoyed her company as she played and cared for them.
On the day of our arrival back, Clara did the sweetest thing of cleaning up the house and ensured that my house was rid of their fur, knowing that we will be tired from the flight. We felt so relieved and grateful to see that our cats were happy and well, and that also our house was kept tidy at the time when we returned home. We truly appreciate the things that Clara did for our cats and our home. Thanks Clara, for loving our cats as much as we do during our absence :) "

"Ciel is truly the best and perfect cat sitter...in fact, I think she is a cat whisperer! My cat, Toffee, is a highly anxious scaredy anti-social feline...and the fact the Ciel could handle with ease proves that she's a pro with cats. Ciel is very punctual with my requested two visits per day and made excellent effort at communicating with me with lots of photos and videos updates. On a couple of occasions, Toffee even made a mess with his vomit (which I felt terribly bad) and Ciel helped to clean up and turned the place spotless again. She even took the initiative to refresh the cat litter box, creating a cleaner environment for Toffee. Ciel took time to interact with Toffee and even though Toffee was hostile towards her, she did not back out and spent an even longer time to help Toffee warm up. Toffee's frequent hissing and growling did not deter Ciel to continue soothing and coaxing him, which shows her incredible patience and brilliant cat behavioural knowledge. I would not hesitate to rehire Ciel as my cat sitter when I leave the country next because I know Toffee will be in good hands. Thank you once again, Ciel!"

"Shan was absolutely amazing in taking care of my 16-year-old Cavapoo while I was away. At this age, my dog requires extra patience, attention, and gentle care, and Shan exceeded all expectations.
She was incredibly responsible, caring, and attentive throughout the entire time — making sure walks were comfortable, routines were followed closely, and my dog felt safe and loved at home. I could genuinely tell that Shan has a real love for animals, especially senior dogs.
On top of that, Shan also helped to take care of my 3 cats, even though she initially did not have prior experience with cats. What impressed me most was her willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to care for them properly. She took the initiative to help clear their litter, spend time playing with them, and ensure they were comfortable and well looked after too.
What gave me the most peace of mind was the regular updates and the way all my pets looked so calm and happy under her care. It’s not easy trusting someone with elderly pets and multiple animals at home, but Shan handled everything with professionalism, warmth, patience, and kindness.
Highly recommend Shan to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and genuinely compassionate pet sitter. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my furry family members!"
