"Late review but better late than never. I hired Shanyi to care for my cat, Mew Mew for 2 days last year and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Shanyi was fantastic in keeping me updated. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.
Care for Mew Mew: It was clear from the start that she understood cat behavior and needs. She spent time playing with Mew Mew, which speaks volumes about her ability to connect with her.
Responsiveness: Any questions I had were answered promptly. I felt comfortable reaching out, knowing she was always available to respond.
Trustworthiness: I felt completely at ease leaving my home in her hands. She was responsible and respectful, ensuring everything was in order during her stay.

"Cindy’s experience and love for cats really shone through the entire pet sitting.
She proactively provided daily updates (and she takes some amazing photos and videos of our cats!) and we could tell how the cats warmed to her whether in feeding or play, as well as overall quality time together.

"I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
Lynette kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which really reassured me while I was away. She went above and beyond, even helping to clear up some cat vomit when my cat had an accident—something I truly appreciated!
She was punctual, trustworthy, and treated my cat with so much care and affection. It’s clear she has a real passion for animals and a great understanding of how to make them feel comfortable. My cat seemed so happy and well cared for, and it was such a relief knowing that Lynette was there.
I’ll definitely be booking her again next time I need a cat sitter, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and loving caregiver for their pets!

"Really happy to have Evangeline care for my kitties. I was sent detailed updates every day along with such adorable pics of my babies. She’s bubbly, responsive, transparent and responsible. She was patient and sensitive with the cats and their behaviour, able to build their trust. Also, followed through on the checklist we gave and initiated to do more. "Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"Our dog have special needs: seizure prone and need medication twice daily. We haven been travelling for around 6 years since before Covid. As such, we have strict criteria and requirement choosing a pet sitter who is willing to come to our unit twice daily during our holidays. We are very lucky to come across Valeria. She is very attentive and caring toward our dog. She also make sure to update us daily during the dog walk and meal. We enjoy our holidays fully knowing our precious is in her good hands. "I’m truly grateful for my cat sitter Yi Jia's care during my time away. She is patient, gentle, and attentive. She provided daily updates which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling.
You can tell she genuinely loves animals,she didn’t just feed my cat, but also spent time playing with her and comforting her. My cat can be a little sensitive and gets lonely easily, but she was calm, well cared for, and in great spirits when I came home.

"We previously had a pet sitter whom we engaged for the last couple of years but she left the country to pursue work so this was the first time in a long time that we had someone new looking after our fur babies. So, naturally we were a little nervous but Wei completely took all those worries away! ❤️
She carried out every task we needed & she went above and beyond. She even talked to our cats, which they absolutely loved & both of them took to her so well! It was such a relief knowing they were happy & well taken care of while we were away.
Wei even went the extra mile to hide our parcel from them because one of our cats loves chewing on plastic! 😂 She also kindly helped us with a task we had forgotten to complete before leaving home.
Thank you so much Wei for taking such great care of our fur babies & for being so thoughtful & caring towards them & our home. 🥰 We definitely recommend Wei to anyone looking for a pet sitter.
