Really took to heart any special requirements I asked for and showed great empathy towards my cat who is not the easiest to care for. "Joey is phenomenal! We couldn't have been luckier or more grateful to find her. She is a responsible, kind, generous, and extremely attentive person. Our dog and cat both adored her and were in excellent care while we were out of town. Joey is incredibly responsive and sends lots of texts, photos, and videos when she visits. She clearly communicates her plans, shares her timeline, and makes you feel like you're with your pets even when you can't be. We felt very reassured and comfortable knowing that Joey was caring for our pets. "Joy was attentive and completed all the tasks we asked of her, even the brushing of our boy cat, who isn’t the easiest to handle. She spent a good amount of time staying with the cats, keeping them company and playing with them, which both we and the cats really appreciated 🥹
She also sent plenty of photo and video updates, which gave us great peace of mind
On top of that, she kept us updated about their activities, including how much they ate and even their bathroom schedule 🍽️🚽
We could tell she really enjoyed spending time with the cats and the cats enjoyed her company too. 10/10, would recommend 🌟"

"A real fantastic petsitter!!! Rachel is v sincere and real good with my 2 furkids. I could tell they were very comfortable with her in a very short time, letting her pet and meowing to communicate. She is very experienced, being a cat mom herself. Communication was excellent too, from pre-booking till the end. Rachel would send me frequent updates and great footages of my cats. Although I had booked her for house visit and pet sitting, she helped with my plants too and kept my place so neat. Will definitely recommend! "
