"I’d highly recommend Phoebe as a cat sitter. She cared for my cat Coco for 10 days cumulatively and showed genuine concern for Coco’s wellbeing. Phoebe truly went above and beyond. When Coco wasn’t feeling well at first, Phoebe offered to visit twice a day voluntarily for several days to watch over her, play with her, and serve fresh wet food. Thanks to her attentive care, Coco quickly recovered. The videos Phoebe sent also made it clear that Coco formed a close bond with her and enjoyed Phoebe’s company.
Phoebe has spent many years caring for cats. She is highly skilled, and understands how to bond with them. I feel assured and at ease traveling worldwide, knowing that my Coco is in capable hands. "

"This is our first time to engage a pet sitter. And I must say that we are extremely happy with Felicia’s pet-sitting service during our two-week December holiday. She was very responsive, reliable and updates us everyday on the furbabies video. She also able to follow all our request carefully. Most importantly, she was genuinely caring and attentive to all our cats, making sure each one received proper care and attention. "Five stars across all fronts for Val! She is attentive to the cats and would observe their appetite & pee/poo, then update us daily! She understands this is a key indicator to their well being which is most important while we were away for weeks. Val would also try to engage the cats. Offering to brush their fur and play with them. She also keeps the house very neat and tidy. The cat toilets were spotless! We have been so lucky to find Val to take care of Coco & Mochi. "Edith is a wonderful cat sitter!
One of our cats is quite sociable, whilst the other two are a bit more shy (even with us)! Edith won them all over very quickly so I think the disruption of us being away was minimal - leading to much less worry for me whilst being away for important family matters.
I had a feeling she was the perfect sitter available for our situation. And I was not wrong!
In addition she was punctual - important for my cats particular feeding needs, detail oriented and proactive without me having to explain everything, and really helpful to go along with our specific requests needed for our bunch. She was a keen observer of all of them and kept us posted 2x day. I felt really reassured that they were in her care and it all felt really easy.
When we came back they were just fine as if we had been taking care of them as usual!

"Felicia was very attentive to the medical and dietry needs of my cat. She made cleaning, feeding and medicating my cat a stress free experience! She also goes beyond what was asked and suggests how the environment could be made better for my cat, for eg leaving a light on for it at night. Lots of picture and video updates too - this was really appreciated. All in all, Felicia is a highly recommend cat sitter! I'd definitely engage her services again if possible. "

"Rebecca did a wonderful job looking after my cat for 6 days. My cat is super unsociable and avoids all interaction with strangers, so it was challenging to establish a connection, yet Rebecca persevered and was very gentle and understanding of all my cat's idiosyncrasies. She also cared for my plants so well that they ended up in better condition than they were before we went away! "We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place.
