"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"We are so grateful we had Priscilla to take care of our beloved cat while we were away. From start to finish, she was professional, kind, and incredibly attentive — exactly what you want in a pet sitter.
What truly stood out was how diligent she was with communication. She sent us daily updates every single day, complete with photos and notes about how our cat was doing. It was so reassuring to see him happy and comfortable, even though we were miles away. She clearly loves animals and takes her role as a pet sitter very seriously.
She followed all of our instructions carefully, kept the litter box clean, made sure he had fresh food and water, and spent quality time playing with him. When we returned home, our cat was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — no signs of stress at all.
We can’t thank Priscilla enough for her kindness and professionalism, and we’ll definitely ask her for support again.

"Rui De was a fantastic cat sitter. He came before i left to make sure he understood everything he needed to and planned out the requirments really well. everyday he updated me on my cat and provided some photos. He commincated really well with me. I would highly recommend Rui De to look after any pet, he was really great while i was away. I think my cat now prefers him!"

"Rebecca did a wonderful job looking after my cat for 6 days. My cat is super unsociable and avoids all interaction with strangers, so it was challenging to establish a connection, yet Rebecca persevered and was very gentle and understanding of all my cat's idiosyncrasies. She also cared for my plants so well that they ended up in better condition than they were before we went away! "Hannah was wonderful with my cats from the very beginning. I still remember how sweet it was when she greeted me in Japanese in our first conversation — it was such a small thing, but it really made me smile.
She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and caring, and I could immediately tell that my cats were in good hands. She kept me updated while I was away, and seeing how happy and relaxed my cats looked made me feel completely at ease.

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place.
