"From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
I definitely recommend him as a sitter for your pets and will definitely contact him again for our next holidays!"

"Amy has helped us take care of our two cats during our overseas travel in past few days. She did a great job during the visits and both our two cats quite like her.

"Iman has been wonderful! She bravely agreed to look after our four cat babies - which includes two mischievous one-year olds! She bonded with them right away from the meet-and-greet and told us about a family of three cats she was currently looking after. This made us feel we were in expert hands. She diligently followed our detailed care instructions, taking the time to help our slower cats finish their meals. She was very careful around Toto who has Pica - one of our biggest worries. She spent more than the allotted time with them each day, communicating with us if she was going to be a bit late and sent lots of photos. "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "
