"We had a wonderful experience with our pet sitter. She was incredibly caring and loving towards our pets, treating them like their own. Communication was excellent — prompt responses and regular updates gave us great peace of mind. We could tell our pets were happy and well cared for. She even brought Christmas presents for our pets ! Highly recommended!"

"We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D

"We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.

"I had a really great experience with Sushmita as my pet sitter while I was overseas. She’s friendly, kind, and very responsible, which gave me peace of mind, as this is the first time I left my cat behind at home.
She took great care of my munchkin cat, Dora, and even shared some helpful tips on feeding, along with recommendations on food brands to try. I really appreciate that.
She also kindly helped to feed my fishes and hamster. She kept me updated on when she arrived and left, and was always very responsive to my messages.

"Nurul has been beyond dedicated in taking care of my cats! I could really tell that she loved my cats the same way she would her own cats. She is very gentle and is able to read cats' body language and give them space as and when needed. While other sitters could only deal with 2 cat lumps under my sofa for the most part during my trips, Nurul was able to win my skittish cats' trust (and even love) and get them to be out in the living room open space to play, eat and get brushed. My cats are so relaxed around her, they even offered her belly and butt compliments! In addition, Nurul treats my house like her own (in a positive way). She would help arrange back my blankets that my cats kicked off the bed, clean and fluff up my cushions after my cats vomited on the sofa and wipe off any stray poop or vomit on the floor. At the end of each visit, she would inform me of the condition of my cats' poop and pee, the amount of food they ate and how the cats are in general that day. Her daily updates were a pleasure to read! I am 101% sure that Nurul was the right sitter for my cats! Would highly recommend for pawrents with skittish cats and I will definitely engage her again for my future trips! "

"Wen Xin and her husband was very responsible and reliable in caring for my cat. Initially, I had some health scare abt my cat just before I left and Wen Xin helped to follow up on it closely and even offering to bring him to the vet if needed. She also accommodated my last min request to change to two visits! Wen Xin take good care of my cat by playing with him and through the multiple videos and photos sent I can see my cat was very at ease with her presence and was well taken care of! "This is my first time getting a cat sitter for my cats and i am glad Edwina was my first cat sitter! Edwina sent photos of them everytime she comes and updates me regarding how much they’ve eaten which i really appreciate. She even checked on my automatic feeder to update me if i needed her to top it up without even asking! She’s also very communicative and respond to messages promptly. Even though at the start my cats are weary of her but i can see that they were slowly opening up to her at the end of the day. We came home to 4 very relaxed and happy kitties and I’m really glad that they’re well taken care of.
I will definitely recommend Edwina and engage her next time when i need! "
