"Our dog have special needs: seizure prone and need medication twice daily. We haven been travelling for around 6 years since before Covid. As such, we have strict criteria and requirement choosing a pet sitter who is willing to come to our unit twice daily during our holidays. We are very lucky to come across Valeria. She is very attentive and caring toward our dog. She also make sure to update us daily during the dog walk and meal. We enjoy our holidays fully knowing our precious is in her good hands. "2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! I am so happy with her cat sitting service. Not only did she did a great work on cleaning the litter, topping up foods and water, she promptly updated me of my cat's well being. i am really happy and appreciate her efforts.

"Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us. Mulia followed all instructions exactly, sent very detailed sweet video reports, and went an extra mile for our lonely cat. Thank you Mulia for giving her such a warm, loving care!"
