"Late review but better late than never. I hired Shanyi to care for my cat, Mew Mew for 2 days last year and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Shanyi was fantastic in keeping me updated. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.
Care for Mew Mew: It was clear from the start that she understood cat behavior and needs. She spent time playing with Mew Mew, which speaks volumes about her ability to connect with her.
Responsiveness: Any questions I had were answered promptly. I felt comfortable reaching out, knowing she was always available to respond.
Trustworthiness: I felt completely at ease leaving my home in her hands. She was responsible and respectful, ensuring everything was in order during her stay.

"As we were scheduled to fly off for a nine-day holiday, my wife and I were very anxious about leaving our cat alone at home for the first time.
Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.

"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! I am so happy with her cat sitting service. "Our dog have special needs: seizure prone and need medication twice daily. We haven been travelling for around 6 years since before Covid. As such, we have strict criteria and requirement choosing a pet sitter who is willing to come to our unit twice daily during our holidays. We are very lucky to come across Valeria. She is very attentive and caring toward our dog. She also make sure to update us daily during the dog walk and meal. We enjoy our holidays fully knowing our precious is in her good hands. "We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.
We felt completely at ease knowing our mr munchlo was in such good hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to engage her again or recommend her to anyone looking for loving, dependable pet care.

"We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us. "Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!

"Yilin is such a caring cat sitter. One of our kitties is usually scared and takes time to warm up to someone but by the 2nd day he is already interacting with Yilin. You can see her genuine love for the cats and she is quite detailed sending her updates and status of the task we asked her to cover. We definitely recommend her to anyone with kitties! 😊"
