"Desmond was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was very responsible and attentive, making sure my cat was well cared for and comfortable while I was away. He spent time playing with my cat and giving him attention, which really helped keep him happy and relaxed.
I also really appreciated how Desmond kept my home very clean and tidy throughout the sitting period. It was such a nice feeling to return to a well-kept place after my trip.
One of the things I valued most was the regular updates. Desmond sent photos and messages to keep me informed about how my cat was doing, which gave me great peace of mind. Knowing my cat was in good hands made it so much easier for me to relax and fully enjoy my trip.

"This was our second time booking Laura to care for our Sheltie, KB. We needed someone we could trust for two weeks while our family traveled overseas. Thanks to Laura, we were able to fully enjoy our trip, knowing KB was in excellent hands.
Laura gave us total peace of mind with her regular updates—she sent messages, photos, and videos, and always checked in if she had any questions. She went above and beyond by showering KB, watering our plants, and even helping to keep the house clean. She truly exceeded our expectations.
When we returned, it was clear that Laura and KB had formed a wonderful bond—KB had even learned some new tricks! After Laura’s last day, KB seemed to expect her usual visits, and when Laura stopped by a few days later, KB was overjoyed to see her.

"Repeat cat sitting with Raymond and our two girls were right at home with Raymond!
Appreciate that Raymond can still continue to take care of our girls even after we shifted to town location.
He also helped clean up broken glass har mess created by one of our cat digging for snack, and took extra effirt that day for a second visit just to make sure the girls are are well.. Definitely our first choice cat sitter when we are away!! "

"Fantastic cat sitter service from Jolene. If you need a cat sitter to take care of your fur babies, service is unbeatable. She really knows and understand cats and their behaviour. We have 2 cats and both of them warmed to her very easily.
One of our cat is very anxious and skittish around strangers so Jolene had to work with him but she handled it exceptionally well.
We feed our cats very specific diet that is mix of specific portion of wet food and dry food, Jolene followed the strict diet exactly to our specifications.
One of the great things about Jolene is communication, she would send us our cat photos and videos at every visit so that we could see with our own eyes how well they were doing.
We highly recommend her and will be hiring her again.

"Nadia is such an amazing pet sitter. My family and I are very grateful for the care that she provided towards our Momo. My family and I decided on a pet sitter instead of a pet hotel as we wanted Momo to have space to roam around and not leave her in an unfamiliar place for days.
We were initially worried for the first 2 days as Momo can be difficult to deal with at times, and this is the first time we are leaving her for a holiday. But Nadia assured us that she is well taken care of. We got photo and video updates each visit, and Nadia communicates really well with me, which eases a lot of my worries. I felt confident that Momo was in good care for the rest of my trip.
Nadia was attentive towards Momo, despite her being unfriendly towards Nadia (sorry Nadia for her behaviour 😭). The house was also clean as Nadia helped to vacuum too.
I am highly recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is just simply amazing. Thank you Nadia so so so so much for the great care you have given Momo and the ease of mind to my family and I 🩷"

"I engaged Willy for 2 house visits on the evening of 17th January and the morning of 18th January to care for my dog, Junior. Junior is very antisocial and wary of strangers, but Willy was extremely patient and took the time to wait for my dawg to warm up to him.
I really appreciated Willy’s detailed updates and how carefully he followed the instructions I provided. As he is more used to walking dogs with canvas leashes, he was very receptive to my tips on handling Junior’s retractable leash. He was also gentle during playtime and mindful of Junior’s old age and condition.
Junior quickly became comfortable with Willy, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely book Willy again and highly recommend him! 🐶✨"
