"Yilin is such a caring cat sitter. One of our kitties is usually scared and takes time to warm up to someone but by the 2nd day he is already interacting with Yilin. You can see her genuine love for the cats and she is quite detailed sending her updates and status of the task we asked her to cover. We definitely recommend her to anyone with kitties! 😊"

"As we were scheduled to fly off for a nine-day holiday, my wife and I were very anxious about leaving our cat alone at home for the first time.
Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.
We would not hesitate to bring Ash in again for our next holiday, as our cat clearly formed a strong bond with her as well. We can't say enough good things about Ash, we'd give her six stars across the board if we could."

"Our dog have special needs: seizure prone and need medication twice daily. We haven been travelling for around 6 years since before Covid. As such, we have strict criteria and requirement choosing a pet sitter who is willing to come to our unit twice daily during our holidays. We are very lucky to come across Valeria. She is very attentive and caring toward our dog. She also make sure to update us daily during the dog walk and meal. We enjoy our holidays fully knowing our precious is in her good hands. Will surely engage her again for our future holidays. Thank you Valeria once again."

"I’m truly grateful for my cat sitter Yi Jia's care during my time away. She is patient, gentle, and attentive. She provided daily updates which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling.
You can tell she genuinely loves animals,she didn’t just feed my cat, but also spent time playing with her and comforting her. My cat can be a little sensitive and gets lonely easily, but she was calm, well cared for, and in great spirits when I came home.

"We previously had a pet sitter whom we engaged for the last couple of years but she left the country to pursue work so this was the first time in a long time that we had someone new looking after our fur babies. So, naturally we were a little nervous but Wei completely took all those worries away! ❤️
She carried out every task we needed & she went above and beyond. She even talked to our cats, which they absolutely loved & both of them took to her so well! It was such a relief knowing they were happy & well taken care of while we were away.
Wei even went the extra mile to hide our parcel from them because one of our cats loves chewing on plastic! 😂 She also kindly helped us with a task we had forgotten to complete before leaving home.
Thank you so much Wei for taking such great care of our fur babies & for being so thoughtful & caring towards them & our home. 🥰 We definitely recommend Wei to anyone looking for a pet sitter. "I engaged Willy for 2 house visits on the evening of 17th January and the morning of 18th January to care for my dog, Junior. Junior is very antisocial and wary of strangers, but Willy was extremely patient and took the time to wait for my dawg to warm up to him.
I really appreciated Willy’s detailed updates and how carefully he followed the instructions I provided. As he is more used to walking dogs with canvas leashes, he was very receptive to my tips on handling Junior’s retractable leash. He was also gentle during playtime and mindful of Junior’s old age and condition.
Junior quickly became comfortable with Willy, which gave me great peace of mind. I would definitely book Willy again and highly recommend him! 🐶✨"

"Nadia is such an amazing pet sitter. My family and I are very grateful for the care that she provided towards our Momo. My family and I decided on a pet sitter instead of a pet hotel as we wanted Momo to have space to roam around and not leave her in an unfamiliar place for days.
We were initially worried for the first 2 days as Momo can be difficult to deal with at times, and this is the first time we are leaving her for a holiday. But Nadia assured us that she is well taken care of. We got photo and video updates each visit, and Nadia communicates really well with me, which eases a lot of my worries. I felt confident that Momo was in good care for the rest of my trip.
Nadia was attentive towards Momo, despite her being unfriendly towards Nadia (sorry Nadia for her behaviour 😭). The house was also clean as Nadia helped to vacuum too.
I am highly recommending her to all of my friends and family. She is just simply amazing. Thank you Nadia so so so so much for the great care you have given Momo and the ease of mind to my family and I 🩷"

"Repeat cat sitting with Raymond and our two girls were right at home with Raymond!
Appreciate that Raymond can still continue to take care of our girls even after we shifted to town location.
He also helped clean up broken glass har mess created by one of our cat digging for snack, and took extra effirt that day for a second visit just to make sure the girls are are well.. Definitely our first choice cat sitter when we are away!! "

"Joanne took great care of my cats, even when one of them puked (ate house plants and upset his tummy). Joanne updated us on his condition and how he was doing. "This was our second time booking Laura to care for our Sheltie, KB. We needed someone we could trust for two weeks while our family traveled overseas. Thanks to Laura, we were able to fully enjoy our trip, knowing KB was in excellent hands.
Laura gave us total peace of mind with her regular updates—she sent messages, photos, and videos, and always checked in if she had any questions. She went above and beyond by showering KB, watering our plants, and even helping to keep the house clean. She truly exceeded our expectations.
When we returned, it was clear that Laura and KB had formed a wonderful bond—KB had even learned some new tricks! After Laura’s last day, KB seemed to expect her usual visits, and when Laura stopped by a few days later, KB was overjoyed to see her.
