"Beatriz was a type of sitter I've been looking for. She took care of my bunny as if he was hers (she used to have a bunny, too) spending lot of time talking, petting and playing with him even her home was quite far away.
It only took us a while via Pawshake.com to reach to agree as I originally asked her twice a day then she understood once a day and not everyday was also fine but we had frequent communication once connected via Whatsapp (more than necessary but for fun!) .
She gave me peace in my mind as only one of my regular sitter was available so that I had to leave with new sitters (total of 4 as a team) when we had meet and greet for her attentiveness, care and passion. My bunny was always waiting for her visit as he changes attitude depending on sitter and tells me during the video call if he likes the sitter or not. He was going around her which means he liked her a lot.
I'd definitely recommend her to any pet owner who looks for quality of care. Thank you so much!"

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"Erica was accomodating and really good with my pup. She met me and Zeus the evening before to understand a bit more and to get acquainted with Zeus. She took care of him when I was away and made extra effort to brush him, cleaned his ears and applied medication for him. Definitely will recommend Erica! "

"Emily did a great job taking care of our 2 cats when we went on a 10 day holiday. She was meticulous and very concerned about our cats' well being and even suggested adding water to our cats' wet food to encourage more water drinking. "This is my 1st time trying out a home cat sitter .
Lala is absolutely a delicated person in taking care Of my 3 cats while im was away for few days. Make me have a peace of mind. She will follow instructions of what i had told her. And my cats are very comfortable with her which is not easy as my cats are quite playful but shy when comes to strangers. And will provided pic n videos to update me my cats while im away . "Yvonne looked after our cats while we were overseas for CNY. We were initially worried about how our cats would cope with us being away as they are very skittish and timid. However, our mind was put at ease during the first meeting when both warmed to Yvonne quite quickly. Yvonne made sure to ask about their feeding and playing preferences etc so as not to disrupt their daily routine too much. While we were away, Yvonne kept me fully up to date and also sent over lots of great photos. Our cats didn’t seem to be fazed by the change at all and that can only be down to Yvonne being a fantastic cat sitter who kept them well fed and entertained. I returned home to two content cats and cat room was also clean and tidy. I definitely recommend Yvonne's services. "
