"Great experience! She took excellent care of my cats, making sure feeding was on time and giving attention and care while I was away. On top of that, she helped with simple house cleaning like vacuuming, which made coming home even more pleasant. Everything was tidy, and my cat were happy and relaxed. "My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.
Thanks for taking such good care of our precious kitties.

"I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. "We used to send our cats for boarding when we were away. After 3+ years of not travelling due to Covid, we were worried that our 2 cats won’t be used to being in a foreign environment, plus we were going away for around 2 weeks and thus decided to try out a cat sitter instead.
We engaged Sophia to come by twice a day to care for our cats. She was highly responsive from the get-go. She had a specific time schedule listed on her profile so we texted to ask if she could accommodate our needs and she replied fast on all the dates that she needed to be earlier/later than usual.
What we really appreciate about Sophia is her clear and detailed communication as well as her patience and care for our cats. We were also glad for the many pictures and videos she sent to us in her updates.
She was very patient with our scaredy cat and he trusted her enough to ask for pets and love after around 4 days.
Our second cat tends to over-lick when anxious and he stopped doing that after a few days. By the time we came back, new fur had started growing over the initial over-licked and bare patches. This really shows how comfortable my cats were with Sophia!
We are very satisfied with Sophia and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cat sitter! We can confidently travel more now that we found someone that we trust with our home and our cats =D

"Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"This was my first time engaging a cat sitter on Pawshake and I was not sure what to expect.
Thankfully Vera did a good job with my fur babies, who aren’t the easiest at times. One of them routinely did her poo everywhere and refused to eat her food but Vera was very patient with her and helped cleaned up the mess. She also updated me daily and sent me photos and videos.
One of the days when she had more time, she even helped to vacuum my place.
I would highly recommend Vera as a responsible cat sitter and would definitely engage her services again .

"We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.

"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. "Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
