"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Daniel was a great fit for us. Our cats are very shy but he was extremely patient with them. He took special care to come and visit them before the sitting period and noted down their requirements in detail. During the pet sitting time, he would take special care to spend time with them and make them feel comfortable around him. He communicated with us constantly and let us know in detail how the pets were doing. He also shared reports on Pawshake which also helped us a lot.
Daniel is extremely patient, conscientious and communicative. We would trust our pets with him again."

"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. Wei went beyond the call of duty to ensure Dolly had unbroken attention at this time as well as an uninterrupted supply of her favourite food! I would highly recommend Wei. Ash was an absolute blessing all throughout, dropping in twice a day with diligent updates and providing the utmost care for our dearest furbaby. She quickly gave us the peace of mind to enjoy our vacation without any worries.

"Natasha comes across as an amiable and caring pet-sitter. She genuinely showed concern over my furbabies, especially for Muezza and Rayyan when informed that they had just recovered from their infection.
She reassured me throughout the pet-sitting period, sending me pictures and updating me on how all of my furbabies are doing. Even got the most fiesty and anti-social one to be loving and cuddly towards her and her partner! She spent ample time with my furbabies, feeding them on time and cleaning their messes and litter box.
My husband and I were honestly at ease throughout our trip as we know we have our furbabies taken care of by the right person. I highly recommend Natasha’s service if you’re looking for a genuinely caring and loving pet sitter for your furbabies. ❤️"

She took the time and effort to engage our shy cat and he warmed up enough by day 3 morning and did not hide when she came by (he usually takes 5 days to warm up). "I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
Lynette kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which really reassured me while I was away. She went above and beyond, even helping to clear up some cat vomit when my cat had an accident—something I truly appreciated!

"We sought Chloe's help to visit our very needy cat twice a day while we went on vacation and we're glad we did.
She followed our instructions perfectly and went the extra mile to keep our cat happy and healthy by playing with him and keeping him company for more than an hour daily. We returned to find our cat so well groomed and happy.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. Chloe is reliable, attentive, and we feel she genuinely cares for the animals she looks after.

"Siti was an amazing cat sitter! We hardly travel but really needed one this time and Siti was very responsive knowing how close our trip was coming up. While we were away, Siti made sure to keep us updated with photos and videos every single day. She also went the extra mile to play with our cats and I think they took our absence pretty well because of her.
