"Anna is very patient and friendly with my furkids. My 2 boys connected to Anna immediately during the meet up session. Anna also send up update videos and photos everyday to make sure they are ok. She spend so much time entertaining and playing with them. We would definitely look for her again when we are going overseas again. A very experience and responsible cat sitter. "

This is my first time getting a pet sitter to care for my 3 elderly kitties and it was also my kitties’ first time having a pet sitter, hence i was super anxious,worried and unsure how both my kitties and I would take this experience. I was urgently looking for a sitter who stays near me and is able to come over twice a day to feed my elderly kitties. I linked up with Yuzhen and she came over within 2 days to meet up with me and the kitties before my trip the following week. I saw how yuzhen exuded gentleness,quiet confidence and noted all our needs: the quirky feeding habits of each kitty, helping to air the house, watering my plants on alternate days etc. During the meet, i immediately felt comfortable and most importantly my kitties were also comfortable! This made me feel less anxious before making my trip. During my trip, Yuzhen came over twice a day(before and after her work)to care for my kitties’s needs, and played loads with them especially my Toby boy who is playful and demands alot of play time. With all the daily videos and photos updated sent to me by Yuzhen, i felt relaxed as i could see my kitties being very well looked after and loved by their new friend. I greatly appreciate how she cared for and looked after my elderly kitties when i was away. Thank you so so much Yuzhen! ❤️😃"

"June and Woon were absolutely wonderful cat sitters for our two kittens who have not been left alone before. They very clearly loved our cats - and cats in general - and were very tailored in their treatment of our kittens. They were extremely flexible and accommodating in their schedule and cat sitting hours. It was a huge comfort for us to know that the cats were in such loving and capable hands while we traveled. "We engaged Fely's cat sitting services for 5 days. This was our first time engaging such services for our cats, Coco and Oreo, so we were pretty nervous how they would take to it and if there was anything we needed to arrange for but Fely was very reassuring and asked all the necessary questions (i.e. what to feed, how much, where to place their food bowls, where to dispose of leftover food waste etc) so she would know how to handle the cats while we were away.
While we were away, Fely kept us updated with pictures and videos everytime she came to see the cats and always stayed long enough so the cats wouldn't be lonely.
When we came back, we expected the cats to be extra sticky but were glad to see they seemed like their usual selves. We will definitely engage her services again in the future! "

"My 2 cats can be a bit temperamental when being fed by new people but Taz & Gizmo took to her quickly. Jaime is a great cat sitter and super friendly. She kept me up to date with photos of them eating and of them playing after each visit, which was great. She was also super helpful when the power went out and asked her to check my electrics and she went above and beyond!! Would highly recommend Jaime, we'll definitely book her again in the future!"

"Whenever we need a dog walker/sitter we immediately think of Alden. Each time he has been consistent, considerate, and super communicative. Our dog also LOVES Alden. We can see from his updates that she is happy and safe in his care. Alden also makes the effort to take note of any new routines, changes, and instructions we give him and he follows through very competently.
