"Desmond was an absolutely wonderful cat sitter, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, he was very responsible and attentive, making sure my cat was well cared for and comfortable while I was away. He spent time playing with my cat and giving him attention, which really helped keep him happy and relaxed.
I also really appreciated how Desmond kept my home very clean and tidy throughout the sitting period. It was such a nice feeling to return to a well-kept place after my trip.
One of the things I valued most was the regular updates. Desmond sent photos and messages to keep me informed about how my cat was doing, which gave me great peace of mind. Knowing my cat was in good hands made it so much easier for me to relax and fully enjoy my trip.

"Gregory is a GEM.
Communications was clear from the start, and the cats like him too.
Usually one of my cats will hide away from strangers, but during the meet and greet, both the cats were sociable and comfortable with him at the get go. Amazing right.
Gregory made sure to know where the food were kept, and to familiarize with the cleaning habits.
There were daily updates and photos too!
Everything was in great order when I returned from my trip.

"Juliet is simply wonderful. She has exceeded expectations with regards to the tasks given to her.
We genuinely appreciate her meticulousness throughout the three days we were away. Even before we left, she made sure to ask us questions with regards to our cat, Laika. We felt assured the entire time as Juliet provided us with updates of Laika, giving us various pictures and videos of her to show that she is completely fine.
Moreover, I completely appreciate her honesty with respect to Laika’s demeanour and habits whilst we were overseas. Laika can be a cheeky cat and hard to handle at times, yet Juliet will be genuine with us on what she was able to do or not, instead of lying blatantly. Thus, her sense of transparency should be duly noted.
Her work ethic should be highly commended, as she’d prepare checklists for every visit that will indicate her duties and time-in/out, and she has stayed beyond an hour every time to help out with Laika. Upon arriving home, everything was neat and tidy. The litter area was efficiently maintained and the house was clean which made our lives way easier after a day’s travel. Juliet also took care of our rabbit, Chester and did an awesome job of keeping his pen clean.
Laika does not take well towards strangers, yet in her 5 visits, Juliet managed to find a way to win her heart with videos of Laika rolling on her tummy and purring loudly in Juliet’s care. I will definitely engage her services again as she has proven to be a genuine cat-lover and a conscientious cat-sitter, and in her supervision, our Laika was cared for in the best of ways."

"Maredith is very responsive and proactive in updating on my elderly cat Athena,
she’s very gentle & patient with my cat and takes a lot of photos of her during Athena’s meal time and play time.
She made sure Athena was well fed, litter tray was cleared and the food bowls are clean

"I had an incredible experience with Nur as our cat sitter. As a first timer engaging catsitting services, we were anxious and worried to leave our cats in the hands of a stranger but Nur proved to be trustworthy, responsible and dedicated in ensuring we have a peace of mind while we were away on holiday. Nur came over to meet us and our cats Aura and Yanelle before we decided to book her services, to familiarise with our cats, home settings and the needs of our fur babies. While explaining to her their feeding times, habits, behaviour and litter clearing, Nur diligently took down notes to ensure our instructions were clear and well taken note of. She was also meticulous about ensuring the safety of our home - which doors to lock, windows to close/open, which lights and fans to leave switched on/off.
As our cats are both litter and toilet-trained, Nur had no qualms clearing their litter in the litter tray and also the toilet, ensuring the areas are always clean and our cats are in clean and comfortable living condition.
She went above and beyond during our 6-day vacation, providing dedicated care to our cats Aura and Yanelle. Nur not only ensured their basic needs were met but took the time to bond with them, which is no easy feat with our cats as they usually take time to warm up to strangers and would hide in every cornernl they could find. It's astonishing how quickly Aura and Yanelle connected with Nur, just within her second and third day here. Nur even stayed to play with them, givig them rubs and stimulating them through play time with their toys provided. In a short time, our furbabies were already sitting and playing on her lap. That shows how much they love her!
Nur's commitment to their well-being extended beyond feeding and cleaning; she genuinely cared about their comfort. We returned home to a spotless house, and our cats looked not just content but genuinely well-taken care of. I appreciate Nur's extra effort, spending more than half an hour during each visit. Every visit comes with photos and videos updates of our cats, twice a day, and we were kept updated all the time. I'm eternally grateful for her fantastic service and highly recommend her for anyone seeking a reliable and caring cat sitter.
