"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. Our cat, Chill, has started to show his belly to Riz during Riz's first few visits! Riz constantly updated us on our cat's development while we were away, despite her super busy schedule. "I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. "I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!
They were neat and tidy, cleaned the litter tray, and spent time playing with Luna. We especially appreciated the daily updates, clear communication, and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind.
Both of them were friendly, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. We are very grateful for the excellent care they provided and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and caring pet sitters."

"Amy has helped us take care of our two cats during our overseas travel in past few days. She did a great job during the visits and both our two cats quite like her.

"Rebecca did a wonderful job looking after my cat for 6 days. My cat is super unsociable and avoids all interaction with strangers, so it was challenging to establish a connection, yet Rebecca persevered and was very gentle and understanding of all my cat's idiosyncrasies. She also cared for my plants so well that they ended up in better condition than they were before we went away! "Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.

"Amy was amazing. We were leaving our cat, Minnow, alone at home for the first time and were naturally anxious about how she would cope. Amy handled everything expertly. It was clear that she was very experienced with cats and took great care of Minnow efficiently and reliably every single day.
The best part was that she patiently sent us videos and photos of Minnow, which gave us tremendous peace of mind and allowed us to truly enjoy our holiday knowing she was safe and well.
