"Lynne was incredibly friendly and responsible throughout the cat-sitting period. She kept us well updated and took beautiful photos of our cats, which we really appreciated. She excelled in caring for them, and even in managing tension between two of them. When we came home, we could tell the cats were happy even during our absence.
We’ve had a number of cat sitters over time, and it’s fair to say Lynne has been the best by far. We’ll definitely reach out to her the next time we need a sitter. Thank you again, Lynne, for the amazing job!"

"Shoshanna is a fantastic in-house pet sitter. She quickly understood how we wanted our cat family to be fed. She informed us daily with messages and photos on how her interaction with the cats was going. When we returned home, we could see that the cats were healthy, happy, and well cared for. All-in-all, Shoshanna is a god-send --- we will ask for her services again, and we absolutely recommend her as your next in-house pet sitter."

"Durga connected well with my two cats from the start. She also administered daily oral medication (an additional work to mix crashed pill into wet food) and an inhaler for my asthmatic cat, which gave me real peace of mind.
During a medical emergency, she acted quickly, help to arrange an appointment and personally brought my cat to the animal hospital. She also put in the extra time, stayed behind during this period and helped with the communication between me and the vet. After that, she continued managing aftercare, including oral meds, close monitoring, and recovery support.
I’m very grateful for her calm handling of a stressful situation and her efforts and time provided for my pets' wellbeing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and capable cat sitter. Thanks Durga!!"

However she has that extra edge by really giving good updates and reports on Pawshake; helping to maintain my cats dental hygiene well and offering dental treats to improve his breath 😬

"Jianxiong is a great sitter. He and my cat got along very well since Day 1, so I knew I my cat was is good hands. Jianxiong pays attention to details about what my cat needs, likes or dislikes, and even reminded me what I'm running out of cat food. My cat can be a bit messy, leaving a little bit of cat sand or paper bits from the scratcher here and there but I noticed that my place is clean when I'm back (thank you!).
I'm particularly impressed by how he managed to train my cat to get used to being brushed. She normally doesn't like being brushed but after a few days under Jianxiong's care, my cat actually enjoys her hairbrushing time."

"Kari is a super awesome pet caretaker. She possesses a genuine love for the animals and it shows vividly thru her daily interactions with my 2 huskies (via WhatsApp videos/photos). Kari is also quick to alert me to 'unusual' behaviours of my doggies to seek timely clarifications/follow-up actions. This is much appreciated. She also has the daunting task of 'displacing' the giant poo of my 2 huskies to another corner of the garden as 'natural recyclable fertiliser '. She did so without any grouchy complaints. "Thank you Farah for taking care of Ginger my 16 years old golden retriever and my 5 years old border collie Lily. I could go for my vacation without any worry. Thank you for taking my golden for her walks on her wheelchair. Thank you for giving her cuddle time even if it was midnight and staying by side till she fell asleep. I know it was tough to look after a 16 years old big dog with an open wound injury and needs help with everything. You truly are a gem. I appreciative your patience with them. "At first I was very skeptical for engaging pet sitter.
But after reading all the review from their past customer + the no. of recurring customer who have engaged them I decided to give it a try. I'm glad that my cat was comfortable with Noran during the meet & greet.
As this is my first time leaving my 4months old cat at home and I’m so worry at first but Nisa & Noran have done a good job by updating me daily with photos and video their interaction with my cat, maintain the cleanliness during their visit which makes me to have a very peaceful and enjoyable holiday with my family.
They also have share lots of information to me about cat well-being and also share some recommendation of vet as this is my first time to own a cat.
Highly recommended for those who are looking for trusted and reliable cat sitter and will definitely engage them again in future.
