"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Felicia was very attentive to the medical and dietry needs of my cat. She made cleaning, feeding and medicating my cat a stress free experience! She also goes beyond what was asked and suggests how the environment could be made better for my cat, for eg leaving a light on for it at night. Lots of picture and video updates too - this was really appreciated. All in all, Felicia is a highly recommend cat sitter! I'd definitely engage her services again if possible. "

"Edith is a wonderful cat sitter!
One of our cats is quite sociable, whilst the other two are a bit more shy (even with us)! Edith won them all over very quickly so I think the disruption of us being away was minimal - leading to much less worry for me whilst being away for important family matters.
I had a feeling she was the perfect sitter available for our situation. And I was not wrong!
In addition she was punctual - important for my cats particular feeding needs, detail oriented and proactive without me having to explain everything, and really helpful to go along with our specific requests needed for our bunch. She was a keen observer of all of them and kept us posted 2x day. I felt really reassured that they were in her care and it all felt really easy.
When we came back they were just fine as if we had been taking care of them as usual!

"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"My cat is very cautious and doesn’t warm up to people easily. So, without high expectations, I just looked for a cat sitter who could take care of my cat, and Mingli was perfect. I never expected my cat to wait for Mingli, follow her around, or even communicate with her, as that’s never happened before. But Mingli is truly a special cat sitter, and she made it happen! "From the very beginning, communication with Sze Ping was smooth and easy.
I was a bit nervous about hiring a pet sitter as it was the first time (when we were living in Belgium, our friends used to take care of our cats).
Sze Ping visited our place before we left for holidays, so that we could show him around and introduce him to our kitties. It also made me more comfortable to meet him in person as I could see that he was very reliable and a cat lover.
He took good care of them while we were away, sending me pictures every day... It was great to know that my cats were in good hands while we were so far away for so long!
I definitely recommend him as a sitter for your pets and will definitely contact him again for our next holidays!"

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. "It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place.
