"We recently went away for 9 days and booked two home visits per day for our 11 year old cat Mozart who needs daily medication. Being our first time using an in-home cat sitting service, we were initially nervous, however we soon realised Mozart was in very good hands. Mins communication was excellent throughout and the daily updates, pictures and videos she sent gave us much peace of mind. It was lovely to see Mozart so happy and relaxed at home and enjoying his time with Min. I can highly recommend Min from Sayang Pets, and we will certainly be using her services again."

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. On top of that, she took initiative beyond pet care by helping tidy up the house, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
I highly recommend Diyana to anyone looking for a responsible, proactive, and caring pet sitter. 5/5—would definitely book her again!"

"Michelle was absolutely wonderful with my cat! Even though my cat is usually wary of strangers, she warmed up to Michelle almost immediately. I really appreciated the frequent updates with photos and videos as they made me feel so much more at ease while I was away. My cat had a little accident outside the litter box, but Michelle handled it with such patience and care, cleaning everything up without a fuss. "My cat is very cautious and doesn’t warm up to people easily. So, without high expectations, I just looked for a cat sitter who could take care of my cat, and Mingli was perfect. I never expected my cat to wait for Mingli, follow her around, or even communicate with her, as that’s never happened before. But Mingli is truly a special cat sitter, and she made it happen! "Nina is a perfect dog and house sitter. She just finished up an extended house / dog sitting stay at my landed house. She gave regular updates and photos of the dogs, just enough to know they were safe and taken care of, but not too many to be overbearing. I have 2 older, but still medium energy, big dogs and she had no problems with their walks (twice a day) and meds. She is also very flexible with scheduling.
I felt completely comfortable with her in my house. She even asked before bringing a friend over for a movie night (which of course was a yes).
I arrived home after nearly two weeks to a completely clean, well kept house and two happy, healthy dogs (and plants).
My only hesitation recommending Nina is that she might be busy with another client next time I need to travel. :) I will 100% be reaching out to her again.

"It has been a relief to meet Jay and Phoebe for this pet sitting. While we went for holidays, they have been incredibly helpful with our little bird, keeping us updated during each of their visits in our place. We could feel how much they cared about our pet, and went for the extra mile. Our bird was in great shape when we came back.

"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.
