She took excellent care of our two cats and kept us constantly updated with messages, photos, and videos, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. She always made sure they had fresh water, a clean litter box, and spent time playing with them. She even took care of cleaning up the little messes our cats made during our absence. "Sylvia is friendly, attentive and follow instruction very well.
There is no issue at all having her taking care of my 2 kittens and 1 adult cat while I am away for vacation for a week.
Though my adult cat is shy, but the two kittens do enjoy her company.
She updated me daily whenever she dropped by.
Will definitely look for her again in the future if I need a cat sitter.

"My wife and I were grateful for Germaine to be our cat sitter. She provided many photos and videos daily, letting us feel safe for our cats.
We were initially concerned that our location might be far from her, but that was not an issue.
She helps to clear the litter box, play with the cats, feed them patiently and even help to water the plants.

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasksâlike feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortableâbut she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. "Jiaying is extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure our pets were comfortable and happy. She is completely reliable and responsible, having her own pets that she loves and cares for.
She provided regular updates (one of our dogs had wound that needed delicate care) and took care of everything they needed and more, so we could be completely stress-free while leaving our pets with her!

"Chewy was having one of her difficult mornings. She gets hind leg stiffness on some morning since her injury. That day, she needed a little extra patience and care when Andi was around.
Andi handled it beautifully. She was calm and laid close attention to chewy. She fed, took on a walk and cleaned up.
I would definitely recommend Andi and would book her again! "

"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasnât the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.
