"I had a great experience with May while she cared for my cat, Taobao. She was attentive, responsible, and clearly love animals. Taobao can be a little shy, but May was gentle and patient, and I could tell he felt comfortable and well cared for. "Geraldine is a godsend! I went on a trip for almost a month during mid December to mid January (approx.). I was very nervous about this trip because I have never been away for so long from my 3 fur babies (all cats). Right from the first meet and greet session, Geraldine impressed me as a responsible and knowledgeable pet sitter who gets along naturally with animals. While I was away, she took care of my cats as if they were her own. She even spoiled them more rotten than I’ve ever had with heaps of treats, playtime, pets and snuggles, which is much much needed and appreciated when I couldn’t do it myself. She remembered all my cats’ preferences of treats and toys by heart and made sure that they’re well taken care of and happy. She quickly won over the hearts (and tummies) of my 2 more sociable cats and became their new bestie. As for my super shy (and anti social) one, Geraldine took the time to gave her treats and tried to play with her in her hiding places (under the bed and store room shelves). My cute but anti social girl eventually came out to eat while Geraldine was around (but I’m quite sure she was “looking away” at that moment -haha). Animals are much more instinctive than human and they know who they can trust. Judging from the response of my 3 fur babies, I’m sure I’ve found the right person for them! In all her visits, she sent me heaps of photos and videos of my cats, which I always watched with both a smile on my face and tears in my eyes, knowing that they were happy and loved in my absence. Geraldine is an amazing pet sitter whom I’ll highly recommend to all of you here. She will always be our (me and fur babies) most preferred and only pet sitter!!"

"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"This was my first time engaging a cat sitter on Pawshake and I was not sure what to expect.
Thankfully Vera did a good job with my fur babies, who aren’t the easiest at times. One of them routinely did her poo everywhere and refused to eat her food but Vera was very patient with her and helped cleaned up the mess. She also updated me daily and sent me photos and videos.
One of the days when she had more time, she even helped to vacuum my place.
I would highly recommend Vera as a responsible cat sitter and would definitely engage her services again .

"I engaged Regina for 2x a day visit for a few days for my cat. Regina is an excellent cat sitter. She is able to follow my detailed instructions as my cat has some medical needs, from feeding food, clearing litter box, to looking out for any abnormalities in stool/vomits. My cat got along very well with her and had no issues with adjustments. Regina is overall communicative, responsive, and gave detailed reports for every single visit. All in all, I'd highly recommend her service. "

"Shu Qi took care of 3 cats for 8 days. She was amazing! She was punctual during the window of time range given to her. She took instructions really well and even helped to troubleshoot certain home related matters. She sent daily updates on the cats, ensuring they are well fed and protected.

"Delia and her partner took wonderful care of our cat, Luna, while we were away. They were gentle, patient, and clearly took the time to understand her needs and personality. Luna became so comfortable with them that she was happily doing tricks in exchange for treats!
They were neat and tidy, cleaned the litter tray, and spent time playing with Luna. We especially appreciated the daily updates, clear communication, and lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind.

"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. "I had a great, seamless experience with Andrea! From the initial booking, to briefing and actual cat sitting, the communication was always great. She provided so many cute photos and videos during and after each visit, it gave us a peace of mind whilst we were away. She was excellent in each step of the care - from feeding, cleaning, and playing with our cat, to helping with some light housekeeping needs like the aircon and dehumidifier. On top of that, she creates very cute videos after each visit! I would not hesitate to request for Andrea's assistance again in future."

"Shaun will be the third pet sitter I hired for my very senior cat, Nafu. The first pet sitter wasn’t the most responsive though I did retain his services for 3 engagements. I discontinued because he ran into financial difficulties and asked me to buy a package deal. The second was God send, responsive but preferred to come in the night time. He disappeared and was not contactable I was trying to engage him this round, despite taking a deposit from a previous cancelled engagement.
Shaun responded to my call after the first two turned down. He was responsive and sent me daily updates, and he also chose to come before 6 pm which is my preferred timing. The cat also developed more endearment to him, mid-way through the engagement. Overall, I would recommend Shaun as a responsible pet sitter and he would tell you what he did for the day, together with a photo update.

"Carmen is an excellent cat sitter. My friendly cat took to her immediately, and she was able to draw out my very shy cat after only a few days. She sent daily updates to us during our whole trip, and even checked to be sure we were indeed on our way home on our planned day of return. She cleaned up after my messy cats, made sure they had food and fresh water, gave them pets and belly rubs, kindly took friendly one out on a leash for his daily walkabouts, and watered my plants when needed. My cats (and plants) - who are now spoiled by her lovely care 😻 - highly recommend Carmen."
