"I had a really great experience engaging Jing Yi as my cat sitter. She provided a schedule and timing of her visits, sent me excellent updates on their food, litter, grooming and play time with her video updates, and I felt like I was right there experiencing everything. I had full confidence that my fur kids were being well taken care of, and had total peace of mind. Jing Yi made the extra effort to hand feed (successfully too!) one of my cats on supplements daily, to which I am very thankful for. When grooming or play time, she was cautious and only approached to what they felt comfortable with and never forced any interactions or play. My cats absolutely loved her company, so much so that when I got back, I didn't even get the usual "I missed you" treatment 😅😅😅"
