"Wei is an extraordinary cat sitter and an exceptional person. Our cat took to Wei straight away. Communication was a pleasure and great photos and videos plentiful. Wei sat for our cat for 16 days including the Christmas and New Year period. Wei went beyond the call of duty to ensure Dolly had unbroken attention at this time as well as an uninterrupted supply of her favourite food! I would highly recommend Wei. She is a confident, caring and reliable sitter with a heart of gold."

"Late review but better late than never. I hired Shanyi to care for my cat, Mew Mew for 2 days last year and I couldn’t be happier with the service! From our initial meeting to the daily updates, she demonstrated professionalism, care, and a genuine love for animals.
Communication: Shanyi was fantastic in keeping me updated. She sent daily photos and messages, which reassured me that my cats were happy and well taken care of.
Care for Mew Mew: It was clear from the start that she understood cat behavior and needs. She spent time playing with Mew Mew, which speaks volumes about her ability to connect with her.
Responsiveness: Any questions I had were answered promptly. I felt comfortable reaching out, knowing she was always available to respond.

"I cannot recommend Lynette enough as a cat sitter! From the moment I contacted her, she was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive to my cat’s needs. She even made sure to do a house visit before we left, which gave me peace of mind knowing everything was set up for our absence.
Lynette kept me updated regularly with photos and messages, which really reassured me while I was away. She went above and beyond, even helping to clear up some cat vomit when my cat had an accident—something I truly appreciated!

"Sharon did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was away. They're usually shy with new people, but she seemed to build a good rapport with them – they'd come out to greet her when she visited. She followed my instructions carefully and kept my home clean, even helping out with any messes the cats made. When I returned home, everything looked and smelled great. "We are so fortunate to find Mulia. We have a very shy, old cat, who normally would never open to a stranger. But Mulia managed to gain her trust and to open her heart, and at the end, our cat would wait for her at the door and cuddle with Mulia the same way as with us. Mulia followed all instructions exactly, sent very detailed sweet video reports, and went an extra mile for our lonely cat. Thank you Mulia for giving her such a warm, loving care!"

"2 days home visit. Karen is a very warm and friendly person. She came over for pre-visit to understand what needed to be done and my cats immediately loved her! "Linda was great with our kitties! From the online chats to the first meet-up to the actual sit days, she was very flexible to work with. With her own knowledge of caring for cats, she is able to understand the typical patterns and routines of them, so no explanations were required. In fact, she prompted us with questions to get a better understanding of our kitties and their routine. She stuck to the schedule we discussed and didn't miss out on any session or any part of the routine.
Our kitties warmed up to her on the first day itself, and she took care of them for 6 days. She engaged them according to the discussed time with playtime and treats as well to keep their morale high. I would say she took care of them as she would her own. She even noted our adult cat's ongoing ear mite build-up and offered to give some temporary relief by cleaning out her ears while we were away.
She took tons of pictures and videos to keep us going during our trip and to placate our fears for the kitties and their emotional wellbeing. We were very much assured that they were in safe hands when we viewed the videos as they didn't seem distressed or aggressive.
We will definitely engage her for future sit days! Lily and Oskar will most certainly want her back to take care of them!
