"It’s clear Robbert loves dogs and knows how to care for them! Robbert is friendly and easy to communicate with prior and during the booking - he also provided video and photo updates of Arlo throughout the day. Arlo came home happy and content after several walks and playtime with Robbert and his pups. We are thoroughly pleased with the level of care and attention given to our dog and will definitely continue to work with Robbert for daycare and overnight care when needed. "

"It is the very first time I use Pawshake App for finding a fur sitting, we are so lucky to have Soraya. She is serious and enthusiastic. She invited us to meet before the dog went to stay, so that the dog could adapt better and both of us could have a better understanding, During the boarding time, she sent photos and videos to me frequently, and she also brought my fur kid to the restaurant which we usually went there. "Vivian was so lovely with Crayon! 🥹 She checked with us beforehand if he had any allergies before giving him treats, which we really appreciated, and even took the time to brush him during his stay. It was clear she genuinely cared for him and treated him like her own.
We also loved receiving the updates, which gave us so much peace of mind. Crayon came home happy and relaxed, and we wouldn’t hesitate to leave him with Vivian again.

"As first-time pawrents to 5mo Mochi, we were naturally concerned if we can find a trustworthy pet sitter. But Karen and Joo allayed our concerns when we saw how proactive and responsive they are in communication. During the meet-and-greet, I can immediately sense that they are a pet-loving family. During the boarding, they provided appropriate updates through WA - just frequent enough to put you at ease, and at the same time knowing that they are spending time taking care of her. We know Mochi has been well taken care of when she came home happy and not showing any signs of anxiety. They followed my instructions on feeding, and even cleaned the stuff we brought over, like pee tray, plates, etc. after using them.. packed them neatly for us. I can't say enough for how grateful I am! Now I know why there are many pet owners who keep coming back to them. Highly recommended!"
