"It is the very first time I use Pawshake App for finding a fur sitting, we are so lucky to have Soraya. She is serious and enthusiastic. "As first-time pawrents to 5mo Mochi, we were naturally concerned if we can find a trustworthy pet sitter. But Karen and Joo allayed our concerns when we saw how proactive and responsive they are in communication. During the meet-and-greet, I can immediately sense that they are a pet-loving family. During the boarding, they provided appropriate updates through WA - just frequent enough to put you at ease, and at the same time knowing that they are spending time taking care of her. We know Mochi has been well taken care of when she came home happy and not showing any signs of anxiety. They followed my instructions on feeding, and even cleaned the stuff we brought over, like pee tray, plates, etc. after using them.. packed them neatly for us. I can't say enough for how grateful I am! Now I know why there are many pet owners who keep coming back to them. Highly recommended!"
