"This is my first time engaging a pet sitter. Usually I send my cats to boarding, but my travel arrangements changed last minute. I contacted Jerlyn after reading her profile and reviews. I need a sitter who can come twice a day and comfortable in administering oral medications. In the initial communication, I gave Jerlyn the background on my cats and outlined things that are important to me. Jerlyn addressed all my concerns and after exchanging several messages she came over for a meet and greet. I felt assured after our meeting that Jerlyn will be able to look after my cats, in particular administering oral medications. Jerlyn sent updates on the cats’ food intake, litter boxes, and meds together with videos and photos in each visit. After a few days my cats (who are scared of strangers) started warming up to her and she spent some time to give them cuddles and play with them, which I appreciate. I also had to extend my travel and was grateful that Jerlyn was flexible enough to accept my extension. Highly recommended and will look to engage Jerlyn again for my next travel. "

"Nisa was a lovely person and a great pet sitter! My cat is very shy and takes a lot of time to warm up to people usually but he warmed up to her in a couple of days, so that’s a great sign. She looked after my cat as if he was her own pet and it gave me so much peace of mind while I was on my trip. Will definitely book again!"

"Was wonderful to have Lee Khim take care of my 2 kitties, for 2 daily visits while I was away. She is so dedicated and had such genuine concern for my babies. Khim noticed that one of them was missing me and suggested for me to have video calls to reassure my cat, and also tried to comfort my kitty as best as she could. She gave me detailed (and amusing) updates every visit on their eating, pooping, behaviour etc with videos and pics :) Appreciate her concern, dependability and upbeat energy. Thanks Khim!"

"Zac and his wife Vanny were wonderful cat sitters!
I needed a cat sitter last minute as I had to go away on a business trip. They responded to my request quickly, and came by for a meet and greet. My two kitties (usually shy) took to them both quite quickly. I also felt very comfortable with them and knew I could trust them to care for my kitties while I was away.
They were both very communicative, and followed instructions exactly. They sent lots of photos and videos, and spent more time to play with the kitties. They even took the initiative to help remove some “artwork” one of the cats made (the kitties love destroying cardboard boxes). I returned home to two relaxed and happy kitties. I would be more than happy to ask them to cat sit for me again in future!

"Durga connected well with my two cats from the start. She also administered daily oral medication (an additional work to mix crashed pill into wet food) and an inhaler for my asthmatic cat, which gave me real peace of mind.
During a medical emergency, she acted quickly, help to arrange an appointment and personally brought my cat to the animal hospital. She also put in the extra time, stayed behind during this period and helped with the communication between me and the vet. After that, she continued managing aftercare, including oral meds, close monitoring, and recovery support.

"Kari is a super awesome pet caretaker. She possesses a genuine love for the animals and it shows vividly thru her daily interactions with my 2 huskies (via WhatsApp videos/photos). Kari is also quick to alert me to 'unusual' behaviours of my doggies to seek timely clarifications/follow-up actions. This is much appreciated.
