"Iman has been wonderful! She bravely agreed to look after our four cat babies - which includes two mischievous one-year olds! She bonded with them right away from the meet-and-greet and told us about a family of three cats she was currently looking after. This made us feel we were in expert hands. She diligently followed our detailed care instructions, taking the time to help our slower cats finish their meals. She was very careful around Toto who has Pica - one of our biggest worries. She spent more than the allotted time with them each day, communicating with us if she was going to be a bit late and sent lots of photos. It was very reassuring and I know they were extremely well looked after. Thank you Iman! "

"You can stop your search for a sitter because Isabel is the BEST pet sitter ever! She is my go-to cat sitter, and I have had her cat sit for all my trips since June 2023. She is extremely reliable and trustworthy. In fact, I trust her more than I trust my own friends or neighbours when it comes to cat sitting. She ensures the well-being and safety of my cat Salem. She is very meticulous and also very kind and takes the initiative to tidy up my place and make sure my house is in order even though she doesn’t have to! She updates me everyday with videos and photos on WhatsApp and I don’t even have to check my home camera app. She has a flexible schedule but I let her come anytime she wants, and I let her keep my house key - that’s how much I trust her. "Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.
