"I had an amazing experience with Diyana as my pet sitter while I was away in the USA. She took care of my two British Shorthairs, Cottons and Cushions, for a week, and I couldn't have asked for a more reliable and thoughtful caretaker.
Not only did she handle all the essential tasks—like feeding them wet food, clearing their litter, and ensuring they were comfortable—but she also readily took on ad-hoc requests, such as resetting my pet cam. She went above and beyond by sending me daily updates with comprehensive pictures and videos, which gave me great peace of mind.
What truly sets Diyana apart is how much she genuinely engaged with my cats. She played with them extensively, ensuring they were happy and entertained, rather than just doing the bare minimum. On top of that, she took initiative beyond pet care by helping tidy up the house, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
I highly recommend Diyana to anyone looking for a responsible, proactive, and caring pet sitter. 5/5—would definitely book her again!"

"Sharon was great with our two cats! Right from the meet and greet, I could tell that she loved cats (which isn't actually as common as you would think for sitters!). We have two cats - one a little shy with strangers, and one who is affectionate but anxious. Both our cats (even the shy one!) loved her right from the start during her meet and greet. Sharon spent the whole time engaging with them - coaxing them out, playing with them etc. We could tell that our cats would be in good hands with Sharon.
During our time away, Sharon was very reliable, showing up when she said she would. She warmed up raw food for our boys, fed them with no issues, played with them, provided lots of updates and cleaned their litter box. She could sense that there was some sibling rivalry going on, so she took the extra step to play with them separately so that each of them would get quality time with her. She even took the initiative to give them treats after the meal and do high fives with them without us asking her to do so. Our boys were very happy!! She also sent us lots of updates and pictures so we didn't have to worry.
Would highly recommend Sharon to other cat parents! "

"MING IS THE BEST CAT SITTER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANY CAT OWNER! I read all her wonderful reviews on Pawshake and decided to reach out to her and I must say, the reviews are completely accurate! I was stressed and worried about finding a reliable cat sitter for my recent 2 week trip. Ming gave me an absolute peace of mind to travel as I knew my cats were well taken care of. Ming is a genuine animal lover and both my cats love her (even my grumpy senior cat)! Ming is knowledgeable regarding cat behaviour, diets and even medical conditions. She is very observant and will pick up and highlight abnormal symptoms (e.g. drinking more water, vomiting etc) to me. She kept my home very clean and also went above and beyond to help wash a rug which my cat vomited on and also laid a protective plastic sheet on the bed after my cat vomited on the duvet. Ming sends regularly daily updates (photos and videos) and is very responsive with messages. Ming is my forever go to cat sitter from now on and my cats and I are very grateful for her! She is dearly missed by both my cats! "

"My cat is very cautious and doesn’t warm up to people easily. So, without high expectations, I just looked for a cat sitter who could take care of my cat, and Mingli was perfect. I never expected my cat to wait for Mingli, follow her around, or even communicate with her, as that’s never happened before. But Mingli is truly a special cat sitter, and she made it happen! She is an amazing sitter, and I highly recommend her!"

"I was a 1st timer leaving my cat for a 2 week holiday, needless to say I was worried. However, having Riz as my cat sitter had given me a peace of mind. Riz is responsive, meticulous, dependable, punctual and hard working cat sitter. My family and I were so glad to have Riz as our cat sitter to take care of our 6 month old kitten. "Mr Hans is the kind of cat sitter you want to book over and over again. From the meet & greet to the assignment of taking care of your pets, he was always committed and professional to stay attentive to my furry pets. He always sent great photos and videos updates when he was taking care of my pets.
The kids warmed up to him fast and his natural parental instincts and love for cats really helped to ensure my pets resonate with him well with trust and connection. He was very responsible to ensure the kids stay entertained with catch play and he would also ensure the environment stayed clean for the kids whilst you are away.

"Yao and Kelvin are very friendly and nice people, when I travel they come to take care of our three babies. They will watch the cat very carefully, like how many food they eat and water they drink, also give good suggestions. Most of the time they stay and play with them more then one hour, and send very nice photos and videos, like a professional photographer! I am very happy to have Yao and Kelvin to help us to take of our cats, highly recommend!!!"

"Clarris has been such a gem, taking care of our two furbabies for the past 8 days. Her love and patience in caring for them shone through evidently in her actions, especially when one of them had diarrhoea and she looked after him like it would her own furbaby and home. She spent time every day playing with them ensuring they get adequate exercise (without my asking her to do so). I am also grateful that she was available at such a last minute notice, as I had another two pawsitters cancelled on me due to the peak holiday season. "Jennie took such wonderful care of my pets and treated them with genuine love. She visited my home for five days to care for my Labrador and cat, and even before starting the job, she made an effort to thoroughly understand all the necessary details through a preliminary visit. During her time with my pets, she was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to consider things I hadn't even mentioned. She was always punctual and never missed a visit. Whenever she noticed anything unusual with my pets, she immediately contacted me and handled the situation with great care. After each visit, she updated me via WhatsApp with photos, videos, and detailed reports on their well-being. When I returned from my trip, my pets were not only happy and healthy but even seemed better than when I was home—LOL!
