"We highly recommend Viona! ❤️
She took really good care of my 2 cats while we were overseas for 11 days. It was the first time we left the cats at home alone for so long, and engaging Viona to pet sit my cats is the best decision we made. We were uncertain of how this pet sitting would turn out as it was our first time engaging this service, but after meeting Viona for the first time during the Meet and Greet, we are convinced that the cats are gonna be in good hands!
And true enough, while we were away, Viona was on time every day to take care of our cats, she followed all the notes/instructions we have passed to her, she updated us in great details on the well-being of the cats, played with them, and sent us many photos and videos on them everyday without fail. Through the videos, i can also see how my cats really likes playing with Viona and grew closer to her! She definitely made our first experience with engaging a pet-sitter a great one!

"Edith is a wonderful cat sitter!
One of our cats is quite sociable, whilst the other two are a bit more shy (even with us)! Edith won them all over very quickly so I think the disruption of us being away was minimal - leading to much less worry for me whilst being away for important family matters.
I had a feeling she was the perfect sitter available for our situation. And I was not wrong!
In addition she was punctual - important for my cats particular feeding needs, detail oriented and proactive without me having to explain everything, and really helpful to go along with our specific requests needed for our bunch. She was a keen observer of all of them and kept us posted 2x day. I felt really reassured that they were in her care and it all felt really easy.
When we came back they were just fine as if we had been taking care of them as usual!

"I’m so grateful to have had Jolene as my cat sitter while I was away in Jeju, Korea. She took wonderful care of my cat and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Even when I missed her calls to open the door, she kindly came back again later that night without any complaint. I offered to compensate her extra time, but she was so kind and insisted it wasn’t necessary.
Throughout the entire period, Jolene kept me updated with photos and videos, which gave me peace of mind. She made sure my cat was eating well, peeing and pooing normally, cleaned the litter box, prepared wet food, and even cleaned my cat’s eyes.
Her dedication, patience, and kindness really stood out. I would highly recommend Jolene to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring cat sitter.

"We had an excellent experience with Phoebe and would highly recommend her to any cat owner. She was reliable, caring, and attentive to every detail of our cat's routine. Though our cat can be a little shy with new people, Phoebe always took the time to find our cat, even when she was hiding, and made sure he received plenty of attention, affection, and playtime during each visit. "Felicia was very attentive to the medical and dietry needs of my cat. She made cleaning, feeding and medicating my cat a stress free experience! She also goes beyond what was asked and suggests how the environment could be made better for my cat, for eg leaving a light on for it at night.
