"Yukiko-san was a wonderful and caring cat sitter, she took care my cat with kindness, I see she even brushed the cat (we did not tell her to do so, but she saw the cat has a lot of fur fall and send me a message to check before doing that), she tried different ways to play with the cat and encouraged her to exercise. The most important thing is Yukiko-san is very punctual which is important for me, I want my cat to feel so hungry. I definitely book her again next time. Thank you so much, Yukiko-san. "

"Lyra is an amazing sitter. She is very communicative, kind, responsible, and sensible. This was the first time I left my two cats alone for more than 2 weeks. Initially, I was very worried, but after a few days, I felt completely at ease because I knew Lyra was taking very good care of my babies. My older one is a very shy cat. He came out of his cave after one week, and I could see he was very happy to be around Lyra. My little one is a cheeky and playful cat and he totally loved Lyra from day 1.
Lyra had made sure my cats were happy and she paid attention to their different personalities. She also sent me daily photos and videos and answered my questions. If I ever go away again, I will definitely ask Lyra to take care of my cats. She is the best and I can fully recommend her to any cat owners. "

"The initial meetup went well and Josh was able to get Vegas to get close to him quite instantly.
Throughout this period, Vegas has received great care and fun from Joshโs house visits. After bringing Vegas for his walks, Josh helps to feed Vegas, clean his pee after food and spends extra time playing and petting Vegas. He sends videos and pictures updates every visit. I get to see that Vegas is doing well. This makes me feel assured and able to enjoy my time away. Josh and his partner sometimes visits/walks Vegas together and I really appreciate the both of them! I can feel that they have that love for dogs. Josh goes the extra mile to take care of my dog. When I came home last night and met Vegas in his lively being, I knew he is happy and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Josh if you are looking for a petsitter/walker! "

"Hao Yang looked after my 2 cats for 1 week while I was traveling. My 2 cats arenโt getting along but one of them is very clingy and the other very scared of strangers. Hao Yang managed to get along with the two, sending me videos and pics daily and ensuring they were well taken care (litters and bowls changed, feeding time and cuddling, brushing, playing time for each individually ๐). He was particularly dedicated and made sure the cats didnโt miss anything. Very happy to had him taking care of Smokey and Bubble, will definitely ask for his services again for my future travellings ! Thanks Hao Yang !"

"Having Hykell over to care for our 2 pets while we were travelling was a great experience for us.
Although it was his first time on Pawshake he was superb!
He made us feel comfortable when we met with him before our travel and it was reassuring to know that Hykell understands Cats and their behaviour well since he has more than a few of his own : )
While we were away travelling Hykell would share multiple videos, pictures, also got into difficult spots where our cats hide while video-calling us which helped us be at peace knowing that they were doing fine.
During one of his visits, our cat had messed up the area outside the littler box.
Hykell was kind enough to clean up the whole space. He did beyond what was expected of him. He was thoughtful to water our plants and cleaned up our entire home so we could arrive at a clean house. All this without us asking for it.
Would love to get Hykell to sit our cats again in the future and highly recommend his services to others so they can have an equally good experience.

"This is my 1st time trying out a home cat sitter .
Lala is absolutely a delicated person in taking care Of my 3 cats while im was away for few days. Make me have a peace of mind. She will follow instructions of what i had told her. And my cats are very comfortable with her which is not easy as my cats are quite playful but shy when comes to strangers. And will provided pic n videos to update me my cats while im away . We are happy with her job. We highly recommend.
